      <title>2 Stars:  Ewing Video Palace &amp; Tropical Tanning is not my favorite (by Random l.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I purchased the one year of tanning and basically got screwed by them. I will admit it was my fault though. For the first 3 months of my tanning I had to pay $40 to pay for the whole year and then I was paid in full. When the 3rd month hit and I owed Just 40 for the rest of the year, I couldn't pay it because I was short on cash that month...basically I ended up paying $80 for 2 months! Yah I got ripped but it was my fault. I wasn't happy with my tan that I was getting after a month and when I asked about it, they said I could get a better bed for 2 extra dollars each visit....It was very expensive. Yes I agree with the lady below, I bought a purse there when they weren't so outrageously priced for 50 and it started coming apart the 2nd week I bought it, It had beads on the purse and the &amp;quot;manager&amp;quot; at the store refused to give me a refund because I didn't have my receipt  but I did have a copy of my debit card transaction from the store?! Also, the rude lately told me that Becky does not replace purses with sequence on them...The manager repeated that over and over to me although I explained it wasn't sequence, they were BEADS... Becky is a fair person. She does care about her customers....I just don't like the prices of the purses either or the tanning. Also, I don't like how there are some uppity customers walking around like you don't belong there.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>5 Stars:  What and Awesome Tanning Salon!! (by lea l.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I used to be employed by the Ewing's, and I would say that after working there and tanning there, they are the best tanning salon in the world. If you are a first time tanner and you are in the area, iI would highly reccomend that you go to one of the salons. They really know there stuff, and you will love the results.       <title>5 Stars:  The A Team has a comment. (by Bethany and Amanda V.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Both Amanda and I managed Ewing's at some point and both worked there for a total of 7 years. Becky was not only an awesome person to work for, but also a good friend to both of us.  I can assure you that when visiting Ewing's, you'll get nothing but the best service possible.  She pride's herself in her business and her customer service. Customer service is the first thing that she trains her employees on, and its the most important thing for her as well.  After all, that is the most important part of any business. Anyone who would insinuate that Becky neglects any of her customers, lower, middle, or upper class, obviously has not taken the time to get to know the Ewings.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I've had the pleasure of working for Becky and Jr. I still miss my job and the people that came into the store to this day! i loved everything about it.But what people need to do is realize that Becky trains her employee's to do the things she can't be there to do. As in, stop and talk to every single one of her customers. There are things you can't expect a business owner to do, one being able to talk to EVERYONE she comes across in her store. Seriously, thats not remotely possible. She appreciates EVERYONE that comes into her store, and it shows though her employee's. The service is top of the line. But also there again, they are only human and will make mistakes. When you deal with hundreds of people sometimes in one day, there probably will be a slip up. But if it is indeed their fault, you will be compensated in some way. If you are ever unhappy with an employee or anything in her store, her cell phone number and email are posted in the store. so basically there is no excuse to bad mouth. She would be more than happy to fix a problem she is AWARE of! Now, the prices on the purses....If you are so unhappy about it, don't buy it. Yeah, it't not Bloomingdale's, but she has to make a living. You do have a job right? This is hers. Obviously she's doing something right if shes been in business for 21 years, and has been voted best of the best 6 years in a row. You can't complain about prices if you've already paid for it. If it's falling apart, take it back within the time frame and she will take it back and replace it for something of the equal or lesser value!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I have tanned at Ewing's for 5 years. The customer service is indeed amazing. If you are a regular client they know you by name, and they even keep cubbies to put your lotion in so you don't have to remember to bring it everytime you tan. Ewing's has over 20 beds, and so it is super fast to get in and get out. They offer 5 levels including the matrix which is equivelant to tanning 7 times in a level 1 in 1 tan for 15 minutes. The lamps are changed very frequently to insure you get the best color possible, and they offer top of the line lotions. There is a large selection of purses, jewelry, bath and body items, shoes, movies, etc. and the prices are great.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In response to Anonymous at 7:10pm on June 14th. First of all, you should at least leave your name if you feel so strongly about disliking the owner. When owning a business, you have to accept that you can't please everyone, but you should at least be given the opportunity. If you haven't talked to Becky about your problem, then she can't read minds and correct it. I have known Becky for 5 years, and never once have I witnessed her ignoring her clients. They are her number one priority. After all, they are paying her bills. She does indeed lead my example. If you truly feel that way then why would you continue to go there? I believe the answer is because you acknowledge that it is the best place in Russellville to tan because her level 1 beds have more lamps then ANY other tanning salons in town. In conclusion for this paragraph, if you have a complaint then go to the person you have a problem with so that the problem can be resolved.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Next, let's discuss the purse issue. You say you bought a purse for $65.00 and it's been five months and it's starting to show it's age. Well, it's not a Louis Vuitton so if you carry it everyday for five months then it will inevitably fall apart. I have bought THREE purses from Ewing's and had a problem with 1. I returned it to the store and she sent the purse back to the company she bought if from, and had a new one waiting for me in one week. So, your claim is not supported sweetie. You never even gave her a chance to fix the problem.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In conclusion to this entire review, Becky Ewing knows how to run a business. She has been in business for decades, and has been voted Best of the Best for several years IN A ROW. Obviously, she is doing something right. A little piece of advice. You are one customer out of hundreds. If you have a problem with ANY business, at least let the manager/owner know who you are and why you are not satisfied. Only then can the problem truly be resolved.&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;We believe in 100% Customer Satisfaction. If anyone has a defective product that they purchased from us, all they have to do is return it. We want our customers to know when they buy from us they will not have to worry about their money going to waste. They will get their monies worth. We believe in speaking to all our clients and I am sorry if I have neglected to do so at any given time. I train my Awesome employees to do so and try to lead by example.       <title>4 Stars:  A grat place to tan and grab a movie! (by Marie D.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Ewings Video Palace and Tropical Tanning is a great place to tan and get a movie.  Their tanning beds are great and they keep them clean and well maintained.  They offer leg only tanning, spray-on tanning, and regular tanning.  Their prices are very comparable to the other tanning salons in the area.  They also sell tanning oils and products.  They have a large selection of unique jewelry and flip flops.  They also offer the newest releases in DVD and VHS renta.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;PROS: Great place to get a tan!
