Went in with a part from a backhoe, for my mother. I had no idea what it was, neither did she, but knew it was needed replacing. The guy knew what it was, what it did, and fixed us right up with the part on hand. Can't do without knowledge like that! And later, when we knew what it was, when we priced it elsewhere for comparison, he had charged us half what someone else in town wanted!
