The Links Apartments have managers on the premises and have a competent staff for maintenance. It has very friendly professional management. They are located on a 9-hole golf course with reduced prices for residents. The main office building includes a swimming pool, and fitness center for residents and a small store where you can purchase golf items and candy, pop and small grocery items. I love looking at the family of ducks who live on the property. Each apartment is one or two bedrooms with a bath or bath and one half. The bedrooms and living room are carpeted and the kitchen has a vinyl floor. You can rent them furnished or unfurnished. They also have a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and stacked washer and dryer. They allow small pets with an extra deposit. I think a two bedroom rental is currently unfurnished $405. Great rental prices for a spacious apartment. It has residents of all ages including retired people and those just starting out.
