Cake And Company

I do not recommend this bakery! I used them once and when i went to get the cake the bottom tier and top tier where two different colors neither of which i told them.... Then to top that off a friend ordered a cake and the guy said to email the picture to them well after emailing the picture at least 25 times from everyone we knows email they still never got it and all they would say is keep emailing the picture finally she decides to take the picture up there and the man said it was to late they needed it yesterday..... its not like it was a tiered cake it was just a sheet cake decorated.... very disrespectful to customers.....

I decided to use them for my wedding because I had heard they were the best in Conway, boy was I WRONG. I had someone go get my cake and when they brought it to the church it looked awful. Half of the cake was exposed like they forgot how to ice it, the decorations on it were half done, so I called them crying because mind you THEY ARE NOT CHEAP and it was my wedding day and the guy says it must be our fault, pretty much saying they did no wrong? I was the customer, he should have treated me with better respect. Thankfully I had some leftover roses that I had someone put on the spots, it took almost a dozen roses. Yes, it was that bad. To make matters worse, it tasted just as bad as it looked. It was about as dry as could be and crumbled on plates. I was humiliated. I had a few honest friends ask me if something was wrong with the cake and why it tasted that way. Yeah, great way to remember my wedding day. I will never EVER EVER EVER recommend them to anyone. They are WAY too expensive and a huge joke.

Cake and company have great looking cakes, but I've had trouble with their customer service along with many of my friends. A couple even cancelled the wedding cake they were going to get from them because they could never get in touch with anyone after the order and when they finally did get in touch with them, they blew them off. They don't appreciate their customers like other bakeries in town.
