Harrison City Public Works office is a very friendly place to go. They seem very competent and interested in their jobs.

Harrison City Public Works office is a very friendly place to go. They seem very competent and interested in their jobs.
City of Harrison Dept of Public Works has a competent , friendly staff. We have been paying our water bill there at the office for six years. If there is a line of people, the wait is never long and the staff is friendly and efficient! The only complaint that I have had is the drop box. If it is after hours, you just drop it in a slot in the door and it falls to the floor behind the locked door. I think there should be a large box to drop the envelopes in instead of on the floor. I prefer to go during business hours as I like interacting with the staff.
