Meadowlake Day School

Director is not very friendly, did not get the 'warm fuzzy feeling' that I would expect to get at the place I drop my daughter off at daily. Could not see myself here at all.

We had a problem with a new teacher that was placed in my sons class and Sandy, the director, was more concerned about who I spoke to about the problem rather than the problem itself. She actually came to my work because she was angry at me because I had called someone for advice about what I should do instead of talking to her and when I talked to her over the phone she tried to bully and intimidate me into an apology for things she deemed as 'insulting'. The way she handled the situation was awful-I paid her to do a service and as a mother I don't have to ask permission about who I can speak to about my sons welfare. I could not believe how unprofessional and rude she was, especially after being in business for fifteen years. I'm not the only one who has had problems with her another mother told me she had 'seen Sandy in action' and that she 'wouldn't want to get on her bad side'. I'm sorry but it's ridiculous that she treats people the way she does. It blows my mind that someone like that is still in business and it's unfortunate because I loved the facility however the way Sandy handles her business left me no choice but to find a more family friendly atmosphere.
