Superior Tire

I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this shop. The staff likes to joke and play around. They do not act very professional. When we had to have our air conditioner serviced, we waited a long time, while other customers came and went. Then we were charged more than they told us, and they didn't complete the job. When you're in the middle of the desert and it's over 100 degrees, who can you trust with your car?? Not these guys!

During a stay in Lauglin and in the middle of the hot summer, our air conditioning went out and we took our vehicle to Superior tire and air conditioning to be serviced. After supposedly servicing our car and charging us a price which we knew was too high, and first telling us once price and then afterwards charging us $40 dollars higher than the quote, we noticed that our air conditioner really wasn't that much cooler. We took our car to our regular mechanic after returning home, and he said that the air conditioner hadn't been serviced and it still needed freon, which we had to pay even more for our mechanic to take care of the problem. I would never recommend Superior to anyone. They are ripoffs!
