Broadway Bicycles

Have always had good service when I go in to the shop. Purchased 2 bikes there and they are always friendly. Sometimes they do get rather busy so you dont always get instant attention. Overall rating is 5 stars

Went into this place as a new customer looking for road bikes. 2 of the 3 guys there could care less that a buying customer entered the store. It seems they couldn't get their face out of some comic book or magazine to take any time to help me. I did manage to get some guy to talk about road bikes but he didn't care to point me in any direction to get a road bike less than $1000, which was what they were selling. Over all it was a terrible experience and I'll not go back there nor recommend the place to anyone. See what lousy customer service can do to your business, Mr. Owner? Hiring kids who just rack up the hours and could care less about customers will put your store out of business. Time to do some house cleaning or go bankrupt.

I've bought several bicycles from here, and have always been impressed by the quality of service I've gotten. The employees are knowledgable and are able to help me find the perfect bike. They let me take test rides to see how the bike feels. Their prices are good. They also do bike repair, and I've had my tire fixed here many times. They are located on the east side of town in a good neighborhood, and there is plenty of parking here.
