      <title>1 Stars:  The worst (by SSC S.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;The worst person on earth to do business with. He lost a cushion on a very expensive couch when moving it to Rocky Point (In a pick up no less) and refuses to replace it for no other reason other than he doesn't want to. Don Mad sen is the jerk of jerks and is a liar a creep and a total stooge. Unethical, won't even return calls and even stoops to childish...&amp;quot;I can't here you when he does pick up the phone.
&lt;br /&gt;Again....worst of the worst&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  Horrible Customer Service from the Top down. (by thomas b.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I hate to give bad reviews, but this one is well deserved. The short version of the story is that the company showed up late, then tried to up-sale the service.  My wife was unhappy about the tech being late and their sales tactics, but we were in a bind and needed the carpet to be done so we were going to go forward with it.  After spending 10 minutes in his truck on the phone, the tech came back in and said that he couldnt do it because his truck was leaking oil.  He lied.  So I decided to pursue this a little because of the predicament that this put us in.  We couldnt get a hold of the office for some time and then they would not be able to do the service early enough to beat our prospective home buyers.   It was a clear lack of customer service.  So I went a little further to see if they would correct their mistakes.  I never heard back from them.  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I decided to contact the BBB, since they are members.  The BBB got involved and I finally got a response from the president.  The response shocked me.  It was clear that the President of the company was okay with the fact that we were lied to to diffuse the situation.  Further, there was no apologetic tone in his response, but more of spiteful ring in the way he accused me of wasting his companys time.  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;So I found that the poor customer service was only a reflection of the poor management, starting with the president of the company.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;PROS: 
&lt;br /&gt;CONS: Horrible customer service, only intrested in pressured sells.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
