4 Stars: comfortable (by Matthew B.)

My son and I needed a clean, comfortable hotel near Sky Harbor. I got lucky by choosing this Hoilday Express. Iwas told it was recently remodeled. It looked and felt that way. Cost was about $120.00 total. Beds were very comfortable. Clean. Quiet. My son made the comment on how the room seemed to maintain a constant temperature.

2 Stars: Stay next door instead at the Hilton Garden Inn (by bksasquatch)

If you don't get downstairs to what they call breakfast by 6:45 forget anything but cold cereal and possibly a stale muffin and a cup of weak coffee. If you happen to get to "breakfast" in time you be treated to mealy powdered tasting eggs and biscuits and gravy at best. The have the slowest elevator in Phoenix (and there is only one of them) so taking the stairs was a much faster option even though my room was on the 4th floor for a full week. If I had to pay for the room instead of my company I would have stayed next door at the Hilton Garden Inn (owned by the same people)
