Dolce is a clean, chic, and professional environment and I was very pleased with my experience. When I came in, I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, but just knew that I was trying to grow my hair out. My stylist asked all the right questions about my lifestyle and personal style to come up with a cut that would best suit me. She was extremely friendly and warm and I felt comfortable in her care. Not only does she have a great personality, but is also highly knowledgeable and skilled at her trade. I left with an awesome hair cut that was beautifully styled.

I had my eyebrows waxed at this Chandler location, and I have to say, the service was fantastic! My aesthitician was amazing... I've been to many different salon and spas looking for the perfect wax, and I finally found it. It is so difficult to find a salon/spa you can trust. At most places, the turnover is high and unpredictable. Not so at Dolce! I remain confident that everytime I walk out of those glass doors, I will look my best. A definite must!

Before arriving to my appointment, I thought it was nice they called and left me reminders as time got closer. HOWEVER, when I finally went to my appointment excited they were not as nice as I thought they would be. It took a couple of minutes for someone to acknowledge me. The atmosphere was stale and not too friendly, like I will in LA or something. I got my hair and make-up done for a special occasion. The girl that did my make-up was LEARNING TO DO MAKEUP, young, and made me feel uncomfortable. I understand you have to start somewhere but not on someone who is paying big money. That, I was not happy but I tried to give her a chance. For her sake, I will keep her nameless. The makeup wasnt too bad but come to found out she made my foundation two shades darker than my skin tone! I am fair skinned, she made me tan! Where did she learn this in cosmetology?! The lady who did my hair was nice but it was over priced for the little time she worked on me. My suggestion if they even care is to work on your customer service and get more professionals. The level system is pretty ridiculous. I guess for a better outcome/visit I have to be stuck up and snooty to fit in. No thanks I will take my business else where.

I wanted to take the time to say that Dolce made me feel so welcome and well taken care of from the second I walked in the door. Even when I made my appointment, the receptionist listened to what I was looking for and made an appointment with a stylist that she thought would be best for my hair type and what I was looking for, and she did! I have been from salon to salon looking for a stylist that, not only does an amazing job with the processing, but is reasonably priced. The stylist listened to my questions, gave honest answers and I have NEVER been happier with my hair color! It is rare to be able to say, "I got EXACTALLY what I wanted!" But, the stylist and Dolce gave me exactally what I wanted. I received great service and great color. Dolce will most DEFINITELY be the start of a wonderful client/salon relationship! They have a great online account that you can use to book appointments and submit feedback for Dolce Dollars, which you can use toward future visits/products!! I highly recommend this salon!

I wanted to thank Carol so much for doing my hair! I love coming into Dolce and getting my hair done! I rarely get a person that I absolutely love they way they cut and style my hair! I have super thick hair and it hard to cut my hair evenly but Carol was able to do it perfectly! I also loved getting my hair washed and blown dried out! All my friends complimented on how pretty it looked and asked where i got it done! I hope I can get my hair done again before the new semester starts!

I recently tried the Versa Spa spray tanning system at the Chandler Dolce location. Like most women in Arizona I have tried my fair share of tanning systems. Over the years I have used everything from traditional tanning beds to lotions! I have to say that the new system at Dolce has been by far my favorite. I liked it for many reasons. First, it is very easy to use and is not messy at all. It even has it's own cleaning system! It also produces a very nice color. The color continues to develope for several hours after and is not orangey at all. The girls working there also gave me several tanning tips that helped me get a good even tan. Thanks Dolce!

I wanted to send a note to say that I had another awesome visit on October 1st to Dolce Salon & Spa Chandler. I am growing out my hair and have entrusted my stylist to cutting it. Dolce stylists know how to cut and style my hair to fit the shape of my face perfectly. I will definitely be back again next month - you have a dedicated patron for sure! Everyone is also always so friendly - great atmosphere. Wouldn't go to another salon for anything.

Dear Sirs...

Hi! My name is Sally Herman and I have found a gold mine in your salon! It is hard for me to find a salon and personnel that I love and I have found that in you guys! Thank.. you. My hair is very frizzy and unmanageable, but somehow when I leave your salon my hair is smooth and put together so beautifully and it lasts! You see, I am an RN and I go and volunteer with Operation Smile every 2-3 months overseas. We repair cleft lips and palates on impoverished children and I pay my way and go for about two weeks leading a medical team. It is tedious and I have found a place (Dolce) to come to before I leave and my hair is taken care of for at least a week when I am in africa, vietnam, cambodia, brazil...etc. Thank you! Last time I visited I was headed to South Africa. My appt. was on Sept. 3 at 7pm in Chandler by the Chandler Mall and I chose to have you guys cut my hair. IT was beautiful and I got alot of compliments. I didnt have to worry about style because I got a hair treatment (protein) at that time, too.. I only wish I could bring the children of the world, the young girls I see over to you---their faces are all deformed, but we fix them and what a beautiful thing if you could do their hair! .. anyway, I will be heading to PERU in the next few weeks and I will be coming to you, again! Thank you so much.

I love that Dolce stays open late and most times they can get you in with a short notice. It was a Saturday and my daughter and I had shopped all day. We decided to take a chance to see if Dolce had availability for two facial appointments for that evening. We were able to secure the appointments which was 1 hours later. The atmosphere is so relaxing. My gal was a little rushed as she had plans but otherwise it was a good experience. The specials they offer keep me coming back.

Many of my friends had talked about going to Dolce for haircuts and dye jobs so when I got a gift card to try their services I figured it wouldn't hurt and I am SO GLAD I did.

From the very beginning everyone was so nice and helpful. I went in to my appointment with minimal thoughts on how I wanted my hair so the girl who cut my hair (i'm blanking on her name) offered suggestions and showed close examples (when possible) on girls in the salon. When we decided on the cut and went to wash my hair she told me all about the shampoo and conditioner she was using and told me the benefits it would give. Then when she was styling my hair how we discussed, she walked me through how to do the same thing on my own in a way that I actually was able to do once I got home.

I had a dinner with friends that night and everybody raved about my new haircut and absolutely loved it. I wm definitely going to get my hair cut there from now on.

I started coming to Dolce for waxing and have been addicted since. The ambience the salon exudes always turns a stressful day into a relaxing one. I will never let anyone but Kacie touch my brows again. She is the epitome of a professional and really listens to my requests. I have had several facials and peels with Kacie. She always takes perfect care of my skin and explains each step as she goes along. Kacie is extremely knowledgeable of the products and any skin problems I am experiencing, and recommends real solutions. I receive compliments about my skin all the time now and Im always proud to refer them to my aesthetician.

I recently began having my hair done at Dolce by Karen. I went in ready to shave my head thinking I really wanted drastic change and that I was tired of growing out my hair. After a five minute consultation Karen knew I still wanted to grow my hair, and even though I gave her carte blanche, I left with my growing locks, really wonderful highlights and the best cut of my life! It wasnt drastic change, but I was fully satisfied!

I would just like to let you know what a pleasure it is coming to Dolce. I have been a client almost since you opened the first Salon in Chandler! My last few cuts have been with Rochelle who is absolutely wonderful. She always takes care of me and listens to what I am looking for. I find that so important as I have been to places where I have walked out in tears. I am very happy to say this has never happened at Dolce and I will continue to come back for as long as I am in the valleyJ Looking forward to my next visit with thanks for the wonderful service

I went to Dolce after being reffered by my wife. While the ambience was great, my experience was average due to the qaulity of hair cut. I have low maintennace hair and all I needed was as simple men's hair cut. But the stylist couldn't manage a straight line at back of my head. I have a feeling that I should have picked up someone who was atleast a level 2. Anyways I am going to try Heather this time who comes highly recommended from my wife. So my advice is to find the right stylist!

In April 2009 I needed to return home for a family visit unexpectedly. I had just lost 25 pound I was thinking of rewarding myself for all this yes hard effort prior to this phone call.

When I got the phone call I need to return home I thought after a little time how I wanted to look my very best thus, I choose Dolce for my salon a cut, style and perm.

Not having a perm since college (I know others have done this in college) I was concerned as well as being reminded of what that college perm turned out like not well to say the least.

My stylist Carol was a dream, she did an outstanding job she claimed my doubts as wekk as my past fears of bad perm from, the very moment I spoke and met with her. My hair, cut and style looked fabulous.

Due to family issue I am just retuning for a style and cut this month. This is way over due I recommend Dolce Salon for even the most anxious or hard to please client youll love it.

Recently went into Dolce for a mini pedicure. It was a great little feet pick me up. It is definitely mini, but it does get the job done, without frills. The tech was pretty flat/lifeless, but that was fine. It would be nice if there were magazines available. It gets a little boring just sitting there watching Dolce TV. Overall, pretty decent experience.

I had a hair dresser who knew exactly what I was asking for. She knew what would look good on me, and my haircut came out great. I also had a nail specialist tell me how picky she was with her gel nail polish, and she proved to me that she was. My toes never looked better. I'm definitely never getting regular toe nail polish again.

I had my hair colored at Dolce in July and I really liked the color. I love the salon and simple things, like the sink chairs, are really comfortable. They were running great summer specials as well. What I didn't like is that I wasn't told about the $10 add on for toner or the extra bowl. When I first asked about it at the desk there was no explanation. But I did call and they took the charges off. Overall a nice experience.

I decided last minute I wanted to get my hair and makeup done for a dinner party. I called in the morning and had a brow wax, hair cut/style and makeup appt. for that same afternoon! My daughter and I had manicures and pedicures at Dolce Salon on August 12th. This was the first time I brought my daughter to this salon, and we had so much fun that we each booked a full spa-day for ourselves to celebrate her birthday later on this month. I continue to be extremely impressed with Dolce the more times I visit and the more services I try. The salon is VERY clean, the services and treatment lists are many and varied, and the staff is so helpful with questions and other assistance. They make it super-easy to book and track appointments (online, pre-booking), and always provide reminder calls. I am so glad I found this new, reasonably-priced salon that seems to have it all. I have experimented around with several valley salons and have found that most are lacking in some regard this is most certainly NOT the case for Dolce. I give them an A+!!!

I have been going to Dolce since they first opened, and have always been very satisfied with their services. My latest appointment was with Kacie, and she did a great job fixing a botched brow wax!

If I ever have any problems, which is rare, they are quick to resolve the issue. Their customer service is great!

Went to Dolce Salon and Spa at Scottsdale Borgata for the first time this weekend. I had seen many ads for the salon and finally decided to try it. First off, the salon is beautiful and the staff are so friendly. Everyone greeted me and made sure I was comfortable during my treatment. The services was incredible. I had a pedicure. It was great. It was the most relaxing 60 minutes I have had in a long long time. LOVED IT! I can't wait to get my spa manicure this week!

I had an Organic Customized Facial from Shay August 19, 2009. I usually like to stick with the same Esthetician but I'm so glad I tried someone new! I will definitely be back to see Shay, I was completely relaxed and feel my face looks bright & glowing today. I was a little annoyed with the music that was being played, I would like to hear something a little softer and relaxing. I'm thankful that Dolce is having such great specials/deals, I really hope they continue to offer specials each month during these hard times for everyone! I'm looking forward to my next facial with Shay!

I have been to a few salons in the valley and I conclude that Dolce is the best I've been to. Carol who styled my hair and did my highlights recently did a great job! I've had complements from friends and coworkers about it and all thanks to Carol. I like the atmosphere @ Dolce and its close to shops, restaurants and my work. The Dolce staff has been helpful and accommodating as well. Will keep coming back for sure!

I have never been disappointed with this salon. I have gone for pedis, massages, facials and I regularly get my hair highlighted and cut. Everyone makes you feel important and they really listen to you. They make you feel like Princess! I have also been to other locations and have been equally as impressed with them. Jodi is the best for hair! No one is catty at the salons/spas and are very friendly. I love this salon and spa!

I was fortunate enough to see Heather for facial. From the moment I walked into your Salon I was thoroughly impressed. I was warmly greeted by a beautiful reception area and a friendly staff who was eager to help. Prior to my facial beginning I was able to relax in your amazing relaxation area. I can truly say my facial with Heather was one of the best I have ever received. Heather was very personal able, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Her knowledge about your skincare line made me comfortable to purchase the products that she had recommended. I have been a longtime client of Dolce Salon. I have previously posted raves about Berenice Segura. She remains one of the most talented and precise stylists I have ever encountered. So much so, that I referred my good friend Jim to Berenice. Jim is very particular about his hair because he has very thinning hair along with some balding. He lives in NJ, very close to Manhattan, and was vacationing in Phoenix last week, so I made haircut appointments for us both.

We both received stellar cuts, and Berenice paid particular attention to Jim's concerns regarding his thinning hair. So much so that he told me it was the best cut he had received in a very long time. That is a huge statement coming from someone who normally gets his haircut in Manhattan! He is somewhat disappointed that he wont have the option of going back to Berenice again, but I shall remain a loyal and regular customer.

I recently went to the Chandler Dolce location to check out the facility. I wanted to know what the atmosphere was like before I booked my wedding party's hair appointments there. Well, the atmosphere is terrific! They really make you feel special. I got a spa pedicure and loved every second of it! I will definitely be using their services for my wedding day, and I can't wait! I just visited this spa on July 14th for a Gel Manicure. This was my first time having this type of nail appointment done, with a nail tech named Abby. I have been continuously using her as she has been the most "gentle" nail tech with my cuticles, most other nail techs at other places file/scrub hard enough that I bleed.

Once the painting is done, the massage begins. Again, Abby is very gentle and doesn't snap your wrist back or dig into your arms (unfortunately I have had bad experiences at other places). She wanted to make sure she wasn't too harsh, towels used weren't too hot, etc. I had a very enjoyable visit and my nails look great.

Cost is high, but Dolce has been running coupons in the local paper that help make it more affordable, which is great! I'm definately heading back in for another visit.

I've been going to Dolce now for the last 8 years. I've gotten my hair highlighted and colored. They always get the color right to the root so it always looks natural. They do a wonderful job and have the best bumble and bumble products.

I am going back to my hometown for a Grade School Reunion next week. I wanted to look super trendy so I took in a picture of exactly what I wanted,
The hair cut was a good haircut if you wanted a butch but it didn't look anything like the picture. It was far too short and didn't have any resemblence to the picture - can't get even the tiniest of hairbrushes under the side hair. I thought by paying top dollar for a haircut, I'd get top dollar results - not so. The staff was super nice and friendly just a much too short haircut which didn't remotely look like the picture that fell flat like an egg 5 minutes after I walked out their door. I now dread going to my reunion.

I visited the Chandler location on August 30, 2009 for a eyebrow wax and haircut/treatment. It's amazing how clean brows brighten up my whole face. Dayna always does a great job of working with my hair. I began with the deep conditioning treatment which I am now addicted to. It leaves my hair shiny and smooth for weeks. Dayna then gave me an updated cut and I'm happier than ever. I enjoyed the summer special prices again and can't wait to see what specials are advertised next.

I have been going to Dolce for services for the past 5 years. The atmosphere is exquisite and the staff is friendly and professional. After experiencing such great services, Dolce has spoiled me! I now have very high expectations of any service that I receivewhether it be a full highlight and cut, massage, waxing, or a pedicure. I have been consistently disappointed when choosing to get these services at places other than Dolce. Although Dolce may seem pricey at times, it is worth every penny to be fully satisfied. I absolutely love the online booking which makes it convenient to book appointments. Plus, the coupons they send me and have online are an added bonus!!!

I went to Dolce because my former hair salon just couldn't get my highlights right. I was very hesitant to change but I'm so glad I did. My hair colorist at Dolce Salon in Chandler (Avery) did my hair exactly the way I had been trying to get my former hair colorist to do for months and months. Thank goodness for great colorists at Dolce!!!!

I went to Lauren at first because my friend had a coupon. She did a great job - even-though everyone said I shouldn't go to a level one for the style of haircut I wanted to get (went from LONG LONG hair to an A cut) but she did AMAZING! I tried to get my cut touched up at another (less expensive - Flair) salon and they completely ruined my hair. I was very upset and waited a month before I went back to Lauren to have her fix it. She was so super nice to me and fixed my cut FOR FREE! She is amazing! SEE LAUREN!!

Last Saturday I had an appointment with Dayna to get my hair highlighted. It was my second visit to Dayna and I loved the last set of highlights she put in my hair. Of course I was a little worried that it might now be as fabulous as my first visit, once again Dayna did a fabulous job. She know exactly how to pick the perfect highlight combo to frame my face with and make my hair look natural. I have bounced around from stylist to stylist since my last one left Dolce and I have finally found one I know that I can trust.

Plus, Dolce has become so much more affordable that it is worth visiting. I love the coupons they send me every couple of months. With the economy down, it really makes my decision to visit Dolce that much easier!! Thank you Dolce!

I have been going to Dolce Salon and Spa in Chandler for several years now and i would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quality salon/spa experience. I have gotten hair cuts, pedicures, massages, body treatments, waxing, etc. Without a doubt, I have a better experience at Dolce than any other salon.

The service I get most often at Dolce is the Swedish massage. If I am looking for a special treat, I will get the combo massage. It is absolutely fantastic and worth every penny. Also, I have never had a bad hair cut and my brows always look great. Client Coordinator's are generally helpful and the professionals are always thorough with their work.

I have been going to Dolce Salon and Spa in Chandler for about 4 years now and I have never had bad service. The staff is always nice and accommodating. I have had several services there and cannot complain about any of them. I was getting ready to go to Mexico and decided to get a Bikini wax for the first time. I was a little nervous and afraid that it would be painful. I told the technician it was my first time and she not only explained each step to me but took her time. It was a pretty painless experience. Dolce is a great salon and I will always go back for any services I need!

It was a couple years ago but my wife treated me to an hour-long Hefeweizen Facial Treatment at the Chandler, AZ location that was simply amazing!! The esthetician, Bethany, was a miracle worker. She listened to my concerns and crafted the perfect blend of cleansing and relaxation benefits at the same time. Having had massages and treatments at the Phoenician and Biltmore, I found the staff and facilities to be top-notch and very relaxing. Bethany deserves a lot of praise for her skill, demeanor and professionalism and I can say I truly enjoyed the experience as a whole. I constantly tell my friends and co-workers to go to Dolce before they go anywhere else knowing they will love it and haven't heard a complaint yet! Keep up the great work and I hope to be back soon for a couples massage.on 5/9/09 I went back to Dolce and Wow! This is the second time I have used Dolce Salon and Spa and I must say it is definitely the best in town. My wife and I treated ourselves to a one-hour companion massage and it was incredible. We chose the combination massage so we could get an idea of the different types of massage available. My favorites were the swedish traditional parts and the hot stone therapies. My therapist, Maria, was very professional and also very personal in her approach and made sure to go over my areas of concern and where I wanted her to focus during the session. She should be rewarded for her skill, demeanor and technique. I would highly recommend anyone with a painful or stiff back to try the stone-based therapies as they really loosen and work out the soreness. I have another appointment set this week and can't wait!

Dolce is without a doubt the best salon/spa I have ever been to. I have been going to Dolce for 4+ years and not once have had a bad experience. In fact I just went today, got my eyebrows done by Naveea (please excuse my spelling), and my hair done by Carol. Both did phenomenal work. As for the service at the front desk, I thought they were more than accommodating, and made sure to exceed all of my needs. I just love the whole atmosphere at Dolce, from the waterfall wall to the blue lighting, if you need a day to unwind and be pampered, Dolce is the place.

I got the "Summer menu" in the mail and was intrigued by the Gel Nail Polish/ Toe Polish Service. I called to make an appointment for a polish change for my nails & toes with the gel polish. I was called later that evening and was told that I would HAVE to book a mini mani and pedi in order to receive the Gel polish. Although I had just recently had both mani/pedi, I kept the appointment. When I arrived at Dolce, I was greeted by manicurist immediately. I explained to her that I was interested in having the gel polish added to my services. She asked me if I knew what the gel polish was and I admitted that I did not. It sounded self explanatory to me. Once she explained that product would be added to my nail and that it would need maintenance, I realized this what not what I thought it was. We both agreed that it should be more specific in the list of services. It also would've been nice if the front desk staff was aware of this type of service.

I ended up getting a basic manicure and it was lovely!

I have had an absolutely amazing experience at Dolce Salon & Spa in Chandler, Az. Both times that I went there for a pedicure. Last november I participated in the Breast Cancer 3-day walk. As a result, a callus formed on the back of my heal. I went to one of the asian places to have it fixed but that made it worse. Dolce did an excellent job of repairing my feet and they give the best foot massages in the world. I highly suggest making an appt. with Dolce today.

I am no stranger to spa treatments, so when I say that Dolce is the best by FAR, I truely mean it. About a year ago I took a cruise in search of some major relaxation time, but my stress level and blood pressure jumped when I discovered the prices of the spa on board. I did win a free treatment, but the service was HORRIBLE and I can't tell you how happy I was that I did not have to pay the bill. I am SO much more impressed with Dolce's spa treatments. They are much more reasonably priced and the service is outstanding! My massage relieved pain from my back injury and I am so thankful my masseuse introduced me to the amazing product that is Biofreeze. I will most certainly be going back soon! You will NOT be disappointed!

My first experience @ Dolce was great! My husband spoiled me with a gift card for my birthday and I got the works. The spa pedicure was awesome and I received SO many compliments on it. The stylist (unfortunately she is no longer there) actually gave helpful suggestions on what to do with my hair. It was such a relaxing atmosphere. All of the employees I came in contact with were great. Worth the extra money!

I just recently had a spa manicure with the gel polish applied. I was really looking forward to a nice massage on my hands and trying the new gel polish product. The gel polish will take a little getting used to. I had the french polish applied. The white tips have a shape like that of a platypus bill (bubbly). When I look at the profile of my nail, it's a like there's a bubble at the end of it. Sheri, the nail tech, has been doing this for 20 years so maybe this is the way they are supposed to look. I applied my own salt scrub to my hands and rinsed it off. Nice product. The massage was less than 30 seconds...not much relaxation involved, but my skin was really moisturized. Still getting used to the new shape of my nails, but did like the fact that I left the salon with undentable nails.

I chose Dolce to do my hair and makeup for my wedding. They rent out a room for the wedding party to get ready in, which was perfect because I did not like the room down at the church. My bridesmaids also got their hair done there. My trial a few days before had me nervous because I didn't like how it all turned out. But I told both stylists the day of, and they listened to exactly what I wanted and envisioned. Everything turned out great and it really took some tension off me. 3 years later I am still returning!

If there were a problem I'm confident in there management as well as my stylist that the problem would be fixed immediately. My hair stylist, Tenille is definitely the BEST in the valley! Dolce offered special pricing on massages at the beginning of the year. I took advantage of the Fiji Stone massage. It was wonderful! The therapist, Victoria, is a caring professional and paid attention to provide an excellent massage. I've scheduled several massages since and have had a great experience each time. Online booking makes it easy to check to times and book services when I think of it. Highly recommend.

I have used Dolce Salon and Day Spa (Chandler) for the past 4 years. It seems that every visit is better than the last. If you feel like pampering yourself for the day without spending too much money, try the Spa Breather Package. Its only $240 for a massage, spa pedicure, custom facial, and a light lunch. I enjoyed mine so much that I return once a month for the custom facial, and several times a year for the entire package. It is the best spa deal that I have found, yet it doesnt feel like a bargain spa day. Instead, you feel completely pampered and rested.

Ive been a customer at Dolce for I believe 2 years now.
Not once in that time have I been disappointed by the services I receive which include hair styling, massage, waxing, facials and microdermabrasion.
The front staff has always been able to schedule my appointments exactly when I need them and many times on short notice.
The stylists have listened to me rather than get scissor happy.
The massage therapy has been relaxing, his coming from a woman who finds it difficult to relax.
Microdermabrasion and facials have been better than what I have received from my dermatology office and the waxing -brow, lip, legs, if you've been afraid to get a Brazillian, this is the only place I would ever recommend, professional, fast and no pain.

Dolce is a spa that has everything to offer all in one. The staff is highly trained and truly is based on making sure you are highly satisfied with everything from hair to spa. They have a touch for detail and know how to make you feel welcome and at ease. I have been going to their salon for almost 2 years now and am constantly impressed. They also host many charity events that I have attended and it makes me feel that much better about their company and my choice to receive services there. I have been to many salon and spas around the valley and I now use Dolce for my facials, massage, hair cut and color, and now custom make up. I recommend them constantly and take my girlfriends and family when they visit. They never disappoint.

I love going to Dolce because the experience there is completely unique. You are treated very nicely and respectfully. Helpful advice is given at all visits and the customer service is great. I've been there for a massage twice and I wish I could go every week but unfortunately I couldn't afford that. I love getting pedicures and manicures there as well. I would recommend Dolce to anyone and feel confident that I'm guaranteeing a great experience.

I had a good experience at Dolce. Although the salon is huge and always busy, I didn't have any problems checking in or checking out. It was quick and easy. What I like about the salon is that they don't push you to purchase products like they use to. My stylist, Dana, did not keep me waiting very long. She talked me through what she was going to do and listened to what I wanted. I will definitely be back.

I visited Dolce Salon and Spa a few months ago (Feb?) and became a convert within 10 minutes. Being pretty much just out of college and therefore extremely strapped for cash, I've been forced to go to budget salons (Fantastic Sam's, Great Clips, etc..) for always was turned into inevitably crappy cuts. Though their prices were more in my affordability range, I can't remember a time I left feeling good about how I looked--many of those visits ended in tears streaming down my face on the drive home--but still I went because what choice did I have? Until one visit a few months back. I again went to some cheap place and instead of getting the so-so haircut I expected, I WAS MASSACRED! It literally looked like someone took a weed whipper to my head. I asked for a simple trim (I have straight-wavy shoulder-length hair---scratch that HAD shoulder-length hair) and somehow ended up with one side just below the chin and the other side almost ear-lobe short! When I pointed out the difference for fixing, he further lobbed off THE SHORTER SIDE TO BEGIN WITH. So now there was literally a 4 inch disparity. And the stylist was so dense or apathetic (or both) he just grunted and shrugged. I left in a fury. And after lots of crying and shouting, I decided it was time to upgrade, regardless of the costs. That same day, I made a reservation with Mila at Dolce near the Chandler Fashion Square and by the end of my hair-fix appt, I vowed to never skimp when it came to my locks. After filling her in on my hair drama for the day (though I barely had to--she's not blind!) she soothingly assured me that by the end of the appt, I would leave with a great haircut that would work with my hair type and face shape. And she was right--thank goodness. You can imagine my reluctance for anyone going near by my head, but her easy-going ability to girl-talk and humor kept me looking at the bright side. Although overall, I basically lost 6 inches and maybe a year and a half of hair growth, I left looking glamorous and sassy. Next time I will definitely cut to the chase and allot a little extra money for the 'beauty fund' and book with Mila.

Per advice from my wife, I visited Dolce Salon in Chandler for the first time last Friday. I have been growing my hair out to change my style a little, as I always had really short hair. My hair needed some help to say the least and Brooklyn was amazing at giving some style to my hair. I saw Casey for my brow and lip wax at Dolce Chandler. When I first arrived there was a bit of a line and a wait to check in, but shortly after another representative arrived and the line went a lot quicker. Casey was very professional and an expert. She gave me advice on ways we can work to improve the look of my brows. I was very pleased. I'm glad you guys have been doing summer and fall special pricing on some services. Some things are a bit pricey, so it gives some relief...in this economy.

I am so happy to finally find the hair stylist that I have spent the last year looking for. We moved to Chandler 1 year ago, leaving behind a beloved hairstylist. After visiting Dolce today, I believe that I have found a stylist that I can stay with for many years. Abby did a phenomenal job. She truly listened to what I wanted done with my hair and actually accomplished just that. She was very attentive and easy to talk to. All of the staff was very accommodating and made me feel like I was the only the customer in the salon. Kudos Dolce on a job well done!

I recently had both a cut/style as well as eyebrow reshaping done at the Scottsdale location and I have to say my services were excellent. My stylist, Celia, was amazing and knew exactly what I wanted, and even gave me some pointers on improving my hair style, as well as
styling techniques. The lady who did my waxing, Glo, was also very friendly and did an amazing job. She spoke about all the products and what they did, as well as suggested other services which might benefit
me in the future. As always in the end, the front desk staff were helpful and courteous and did their best to help me get out in a timely manner. I recommend Dolce to all my friends and know that if you want quality work this is the place to come!

I thought Dolce would be the perfect place to have my bridal party hair and make-up done before the big day....BIG MISTAKE! The stylists did a great job however, their wedding coordinator who is there to make it 'more personable and relaxing' for the bride, made it extremely stressful and was truly the worst part of planning my entire wedding. She was extremely hard to get ahold of and there was a huge mix-up on her part with receiving a suite for the entire bridal party. Be sure to get everything in writing from them and bring plenty of patience and money to the salon. If I would have known that I would have been treated the way that we did for the $$ that was spent, I would have gone elsewhere! Super Cuts offers better customer service.

I went to this salon to pamper myself with what I knew would be a pricey haircut and color. But it was for my wedding so I felt like spending the extra money. The stylist never spoke to me directly. He was preoccupied with the stylist next to him and spoke only to her the entire 4 hours it took for him to cut, color & style my hair. I sat under the dryer for alot longer than I have anywhere else. They talked me into a $30 deep conditioner for which I sat for another 30-45 minutes laid back IN THE SINK. My back was killing me and I felt very neglected after leaving this place.

It was the one and only time I have not left a tip but the bill was $190 as it was- he didn't work for a tip by treating me like a human being or even asking me if I liked the hair afterwards. It wasn't a bad hairstyle, but it was very very expensive and I was extremely unimpressed with the stylist.

First off, this was my first time at a place like this, and I must say, it rocked the house!! My day consisted of the "new you" package. I checked in, was brought some water, and filled out paperwork. After that, I was taken to my locker and changed into spa attire and went to the "relaxation room", gladly accepted another glass of water, watched the glass fountain walls of cascading water, listened to relaxing music until my masseuse came to get me. Masseuse was friendly, and I felt completely at ease with her. The 1/2 hour Swedish massage was fabulous. Although next time I will probably get a more intensive massage. After that, back to the R.R. Next, the facial - completely AMAZING!! Very involved, detailed, thorough. My face was washed, steamed, exfoliated, masked, and moisturized to perfection. As if that wasn't enough, it involved massage of the scalp, face, neck, shoulder, arms and hands. WOW!!! It also involved a skin evaluation. Back to the R.R., and then to lunch. Very yummy!! After lunch, back to the R.R. and off for my mani/pedi. Loved the pedi - very thorough and pampering. Mani/pedicurist was friendly, did a pretty good job (although she was very young and was new, I would have liked someone a little more experienced!). Back to the RR and off to get my new 'do - got what I wanted - stylist was friendly and listened to my wishes. At the end, I was pleasantly surprised that I felt no pressure to buy anything. Everyone was extremely friendly, gracious and thorough and gave very personal service and attention. I never felt out of place or rushed and felt like I was the only client there. The whole day (over 5 hours) went completely smooth with zero problems or mix ups. This is an efficiently run, organized establishment with professional employees and a dizzying array of services. I recommend this to anyone and everyone

This is a very luxurious spa. You feel calm while you are there sipping your lemon water by the fire place and listening to the waterfall. This is ascetically the most pleasing spa I have ever been to. I have had massages and facials there which are always very relaxing. The staff are always friendly and honest. I had my hair done here for my wedding. I wasn't happy with my trial run, and had to call to ask for another trial. They did it and didn't make me feel bad about it at all.I took my whole bridal party there for pre wedding pampering. They loved it!

I went in for partial high and low highlights and cut $150. Highlights were unevenly layered and far from the scalp (showing lot's of root area) Blonde color looked discolored like chlorine faded hair (pale-ish color) . The stylist blamed my results on the assistant she assigned to do the toner and deep conditioning, and suggested we redo it. She offered me a redo which I had scheduled. I became ill and was in hospital for over a week, they told me to reschedule when I got better w/ 14 days and they changed their minds. The director/manager retracted their offer to do a redo! They were rude towards me and I had to fight to get my money back. They are so arrogant. I will never go to this or any of their other salons. I suggest you beware when going there it's total luck of the draw. I wish I had seen the horrible reviews that were posted about Dolce Salon on yahoo I would have never gone there!

I like everything about Dolce, the people, interior, services, products.

There expensive compared to others, but worth it.

Everyone there loves it and I can see why, they make a lot of money get lots of education, which is good for us clients too! and they have tons of benefits. I would like to work there but I don't have talent.

PROS: really pretty and cool, great people, no clutter, hip, very professional
CONS: hard to get in

I have been to this salon/spa once. The staff seemed friendly enough. I got a body wrap which I thought was the type that you get wrapped to lose inches, but it turned out not to be that kind. they basically just put hot towels on you and you lay there. It did not seem very beneficial but the lady said I was releasing toxins and to drink a lot of water. It was rather expensive for just a hot towel wrap, who knows what they put on me as far as the liquid but did not seem worth the money to do nothing but lay there. maybe I should have gotten a massage instead.

This salon is really good. The services they provide are reasonably priced and the quailty of the staff is good. I would recomend this salon to all. The products they sell are a little pricey, but if you are going to splurge.. why not? probably the best is getting a peduciure. It is worth the time.

A friend reccomended dolce to me. The place is very big. There is a lot of stuff they do there. Everyone is so very friendly and helpful. If you are going in for a pedicure, a haircut, or waxing you are treated like a princess. and its just a very relaxing experience. Price is average to high for a high end place like this. But it is very worth it. I would recommend them.

Dolce is the largest spa and salon I've ever seen. It is like a warehouse inside with row after row of stylists. However, you can expect personal treatment and a wonderful experience here. The staff are all very friendly and attentive and do their best to make you feel pampered and special.

Oh my goodness, I Love this place!! I have been going to Dolce for about 2 years now and they always do an awsome job on my hair. Everyone is very hip, young, and friendly. The enviroment is very relaxing although it's kind of a big busy Salon & Spa. The prices are a little on the higher end but totaly worth it. I have never used any spa services here but I have heard they are also awsome.

I recently had a hot stone massage performed at Dolce Salon. The atmosphere was incredible as was the massage itself. There is a relaxation room that you are taken to after you check in that has water features to help calm you prior to your treatment. The service was superb and very professional. I highly recommend this spa.

I have tried almost everything here, and have never had a complaint. My hairstylist is so good my husband even goes to her now, and gets a much better Cut than at the barber.
The hairstylists are free spirited and full of energy, don't let a stripe of primary color fool you... they know how to do their job. And they make it very easy for spouses to get you great gift packages .

I absolutely love coming to Dolce's for my haircut. The people there are so warm and friendly and my particular hairstylist was probably the first person who actually listened to what I wanted as far as a haircut goes and boy did she deliver!! I have introduced my mother to the salon as well and she is a repeat customer too!! You definitely can't go wrong coming here and it's worth it!!
