Sas Fabrics By The Pound is a place to go for no doubt, a good deal on many things! Sadly the employees are rude A "real" manager needs to address it's employees on these very obvious issues. Perhaps some classes on good customer skills would be ideal. I am the daughter of a very well known and reputable tailor. My father for as passionate and zealous he is about his work, has always remained humble and loyal to any new &/or returning customers.

I agree with the other post. They are extremely rude!!! Really awful! I'm glad other people see it.
They do have good prices, though. I give an extra star for that.

Customer service is horrible! They turn off the lights 15min before close and therefore you have to finish in the dark! Also, some of the ladies are really rude and cranky! I am a business owner and if they worked for me, I would fire them for poor customer service and closing early! The prices are good, but don't waste your time with the people. You will leave thinking 'that was rude'.

If you have some time to look through fabric and don't mind the place being a bit "messy" compared to your regular "retail" fabric store look here...they have great fabric at a good price and lots of notions and buttons too.

SAS is a paradise for people who enjoying shopping as an activity. The store is crammed to the brim with fabric, but the stock changes frequently.

The items are almost always a reasonable or good price, but sometimes you'll find a really good steal, if you're willing to look.

SAS is one of those places where you have to be prepared to dig to find the fabric you want. They have tons of stuff and great prices but it is a crowded and cramped store. They have lots of supplies and notions and great prices. The staff are friendly and they let you dig around to find exactly what you need.
