This place feels like an episode (a bad one) of "The Twillight Zone". I have been here for 26 days, paying over $125 per night, while I'm having my home remodeled. To put it mildly, the front desk staff here is not in the hospitality business by any means of the word. In fact, they should be catagorized under harrassment specialists. "Sharon" and "Jessee" deserve the most disrespecting and rude staff award. As far as being "Pet Friendly".. this is an absolute LIE!I was informed yesterday that I could only stay in my 1 bedroom premium resort suite overlooking the golf couse another day because the hotel had previously reserved MY ROOM for someone else coming into town.I have since been moved and "downgraded" to what i was told was the ONLY AVAILABLE ROOM in the entire resort that is similar to an old shoebox and about the same size. When I tried to refuse the room, the manager "Tammy" informed me i could just CHECK OUT then and go somewhere else. Unfortunately, i purchased my stay in advance on Priceline and am unable to get a refund.I was also informed by a member of staff this place is in conservatorship. So tread lightly and keep on truckin' when it comes to the Arizona Golf Resort in Mesa,AZ.

Oh my, where do I begin? My family and I stayed here for 2 months (Aug. and Sept.) after we moved out of our house and waited to get into our new house. We stayed in a suite and had to move rooms 4 times because the A/C went out each time. We had roaches in each suite. We ate in the restaurant once and vomited all the way back to the room on the golf course. There was a small refrigerator in the room, and every time we opened it, the door fell off. We had it "repaired" and all they did was put another broken door on, so it continued to fall off - only this door didn't have rack in the door to put our drinks in. The tub was plugged in one of our rooms so that while you showered the level of the dirty water rose to your knees before you were done. We had that "repaired" three times and were told it was just too plugged. Finally on the fourth time, it was cleared, but we ended up moving due to the A/C going out anyway. The front desk manager was completely difficult to communicate and/or work things out with. The one person who was good was the asistant front desk manager and she was fired during our stay. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is: Stay Away!
