When struggling with nursing our 2nd baby, I needed some extra specific parts for a very expensive breast pump we had purchased at TMC. TMC did not have the parts, nor did UMC where he had been born. I looked all over the internet and the quickest ship I could get was at least 3 days. So I called St. Joe's Bfing support office and made an appointment because the very friendly lady there said they did have the parts I needed. I went in with the baby and the lady working in the small, cozy and private office was so extremely kind, answered all my questions so thoroughly and sent me on my way home with exactly what I needed-I rarely experience such good service, so personal and caring.
