Last week I brought my car at Danny's Carousel Car Wash (Bell Rd, just east of 7th Ave) for an oil change. Attendant told me that Danny's Car Wash business can repair the glass chips on my windshield "free of charge". I was told that in order to have that done, my car insurance company would have to be contacted, so that Danny's business would inform my insurance company that the chips would be repaired and that it would avert a crack from happening. I asked the Danny attendant whether my insurance premium would go up because of the repair; the attendant told me no. The attendant asked to see my insurance card, which I did. The attendant called my insurance company. The attendant asked me to speak to the insurance rep on the phone. I then realized that Danny's Car Wash is trying to have my insurance company pay for the repair via my making an insurance claim. I put an end from having such a claim to be made. Danny's Car Wash is involved in scamming the insurance companies - who pays? The insurance policy holders, that's who. And it was a lie that the chip repair would cost me nothing. The insurance rep. over the phone told me, that according to my policy, there is a deductible for such claim under the comprehensive part of my policy. So if I authorized Danny's Car Wash to use my insurance company to pay for the repair (via a claim), I would end up paying for the repair and possibly jacking up my insurance premium due to a claim. This is trickery! Bad boy Danny boy!
Danny's Car Wash (or Carousel) should stop doing this. If enough people (customers) get suckered into this, then the shareholders/proprietors of Danny's Car Wash are "so setting themselves up" for a civil law suit. I hope the prez./CEO of Danny's Car Wash reads this and puts an end to this scam.

PROS: Oil change and basic car wash was done to my satisfaction
CONS: Attempted auto insurance scam

You are going to pay a little more here, but they do fantastic detail work and they spend quite awhile making sure the job is done just right. I never feel funny taking the car in by myself, they all treat me very friendly and listen to what I have to say.

i usually take my car here when i want to have the oil changed and the car cleaned and washed. they always do a great job . they check all the fluids usually and fill it up. they have great prices and excellent customer service. they are very reliable and trustworthy.excellent business.

This is one of the better car washes that I have been to in this area. They are very fast and do a great job. You can get in and out of here quickly and they do not lack quality just because they are quick. The prices are about the same as most car washes in the area, but the service is better in my opinion. The dry the car completely unlike some places so you dont have water spots left on it by the time you get home. I have had a lot of good experiences with this particular car wash.

I love Dannys Family Car Wash. They do a great job every time. Their place is clean and the kids love it. I will keep going back there. Its really worth the money. My van comes home nice & clean and smelling good every time I go there. You HAVE to try them.

Danny's family car wash is one of the best car washes in town in my opinion. They are fast, friendly, and do a great job at cleaning the car inside and out. They dry it good so there are no water spots later, it cost just about as much here as any other car wash and they do a nice job.

I was very satisfied with the job they did here the past few times I have been here. They are quick at getting your car done some other places you have to wait a significant amount of time but they were done with my car in around 15-20 min. So I thought that was reasonable. The car looked great to.

I'm always happy with their service. My car looks great inside and out. I also use them for my oil changes (small tune-ups). They put a sticker on your windshield to remind you when you got your oil changed and when you should get your next oil change, which is great for me because I'm bad with dates.

With 3 kids, I need everything I do to be simple and easy. That's WHY I go to Danny's Family Carwash. They do an excellent job and it's worth every penny.

This place is fast and effective when it come to hand washing cars, and changing the oil in a timely matter. It's close to a strip mall so you eat, or check out stores while you wait: wait is about 15-30 minutes depending on what service you get.
