I have taken several classes here. Nischala (sp?) taught all the classes I took and she is an amazing teacher. They have a full schedule of classes so you can always find something to fit in your schedule. I live too far away to go with any regularity, but I definitely recommend this studio.

Gilbert Yoga has a variety of yoga classes. It was nice to see that they had classes for all experience levels, different types of yoga, etc. The prices are comparable to other yoga studios I've been to. The instructors are great, too.
