I have never had a positive vehicle buying experience UNTIL NOW. I sent an application in online and got an immediate response. Dave took the time to give me details about the whole operation and make me feel comfortable right off the bat. I was still skeptical even after I got there. There was absolutely no pressure and he responded to every one of my many questions quickly and confidently. The Sales Manager was just as helpful and kept me at ease. They had all the paper work filled out and made sure I was completly satisfied before I was allowed to sign any documents. I would recommend these guys to everyone I know. Keep up the great work and I look forward to doing business with you if this is how you always operate which I am confident you are.

I cannot say enough about how awesome the people and customer service are at Bell Ford! After visiting several other dealerships, my husband and I felt completely comfortable at Bell Ford. We went in undecided on a model we wanted. They spent lots of time showing us the vehicles, going on test drives, going over options and pricing. They were upfront and honest with us from the start. This was my first buying experience and they were extremely patient with me and my indecisiveness. When the vehicle we decided on was at Bell Ford's competitor, they brought it to us. Ultimately, the vehicle they found was better suited for us and our needs and Bell Ford offered us a better deal. We are absolutely satisfied with our experience at Bell Ford and would recommend that anyone shopping should bypass the stress, pressure and hassle of visiting other dealerships and head straight for the best.

Okay, so my fiance and I visited this dealership to buy a used Mustang for me, for Valentine's Day (I know, he is great). Well I can honestly say that this was one of the best experiences I have ever had in buying ANYTHING (not just cars). Although Jesse and Alex were the people we worked with directly, I felt the need to include Jim and Chris in the process in terms of customer service and helping us feel at ease and comfortable. This atmosphere is so awesome, everyone is personable, friendly, and will just sit and have a real conversation with you! As for the buying and price process, it was a breeze... we got an awesome price, for an extraordinary car. We were not pushed, or bullied into getting anything, there was no pressure or stress, what we said no to was just that and on to the next subject. These guys really know how to run a business. I can't wait for us to get another car so that we can visit them again.

We went in just to see what they could do for us, knowing that we had bad credit and had a couple of things that should have worked against us in trying to get an approval. We filled out the paperwork, not expecting to get anything but a denial, and let them do their thing. We had to leave for an appointment, but they called us when they had an answer, saying that they needed our pay stubs. We brought them the pay stubs. They told us shortly after that we were approved for the brand new 2014 Ford Focus that we were looking at. They then said that they would try to get the bank to approve us for the upgrade to a better model, which had the Sync that my husband wanted. Sure enough, they got the approval for that. I had another appointment to go to that evening, so we couldn't sign the papers, but they let us come in at 9:00 a.m. the next morning to sign the papers. We signed the papers, and had to go to work, but they said come back after work and we will go over all of the features with you, hook up your phone to Sync, and fill up the gas tank for you. They were awesome through the whole thing and got us exactly what we needed.

My husband just got me a birthday gift from Bell Ford. He spoke to the Sales Manager about his idea. They went out of their way to make it work for us. We had recieved an offer from Right Toyota to buy my matrix because those cars are in high demand. My husband drove all the over there, and after getting there they made him wait almost an hour. When the sales person finally approached my husband, he ended up not honoring what their flyer to us said. My husband then contacted Bell Ford, and they found a way to make my husband's idea possible. When we arrived to the dealer, they had the car clean, decorated and ready to go. They were very discrete to keep it a secret until I recieved my birthday gift. I was speechless when I got my birthday gift. The salesman was very thorough, knowledgeable, approachable, clear, straight to the point, helpful, and caring. Due to the my husband's difficult schedule, they waited for us until the evening, and were very paitent so that my husband could make this happen for my birthday. It was great doing business with them, and one can not say that about every car dealer!

Before even going to the dealership, I searched the web and requested a quote and info about purchasing a 2014 Focus. I received an immediate response via a telephone call and email. I was very impressed with the prompt response and went to the dealership later that smae day just to look.

Then to arrive at the dearlership and be greeted by a girl at the front desk who in turn introduced me to my salesperson. He was a fantastic salesperson! He asked questions and listened intently to my response and found the perfect car for me. After a test drive of the car he found for me - I was hooked and just had to purchase it. He was very professional and very helpful in assisting me with getting the most "bang for my buck". He also assisted me with getting to know the proper technique to easy operate the high tech sync system before I left the dealership. I highly recommend this dealership. I rate them a PERFECT 10 for outstanding customer service!

After hearing about so many bad experiences people have had when buying cars at dealerships, I was truly afraid about what might go down at Bell Ford. To ease my fear I started online first and asked for a quote for a new Ford Fusion. One of the sales representatives, Robert Cahn, emailed me back rather quickly with great quotes. He even called to see if he could help me with anything else. When we talked on the phone, he wasn't pushy at all.

I asked him a few questions about the car and he gave me straight answers which definitely eased my fear. Because of his friendliness, I definitely felt more comfortable going into the dealership. After doing my homework I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, and Robert just listened and brought me what I wanted. He was very informative and helpful about what this car came with. When it came time to start the purchasing process, he was even more helpful. He tried to find the best deal for me with the incentives that were available with Ford, and found the best rates for my car loan. When Mr. Cahn would leave for a bit and check on other parts of the buying process, other representatives from the Dealership would come by and just say hello and say thank you for coming in. If you are looking to buy a new Ford vehicle, I would definitely keep Bell Ford first on your list. They have a great selection (much better than neighboring Ford dealerships) and the people working there are very friendly. If you are still iffy about the process, just try and look for Robert Cahn, one of the sales reps, and I know he will takecare of you.

Don't take your vehicle in for service here! If you have the choice to use this dealership's service or have your tonsils removed through the rear choose the later.

To sum it up here are the key words: deceptive, overpriced and rude.

Mike Perreault is the name of the advisor and Steve something was the name of the service "manager" who was seated in an office with a totally different name on it. I took my work truck with manual windows in for repair because the driver side window just fell in the door while driving. That is apparently a very common issue with Ford trucks.

After quoting me $160.00, I end up with a bill for $403.01. Yup, $403.01 broken down as follows: 190.63 in labor, 32.39 in supplies/materials recovery and 161.63 in parts. No, there was no additional issues that came up later, only replacing the window regulator.

Now here is the kicker: the same window regulator sells at parts stores for $59 to $68 WITH NO CORE CHARGE! I understand the dealer price is more and I'm OK with it. But not only they were $160.63, but they also claim the core has a value of over $80 which conveniently does not show up on the bill. So, total part cost would be over $240.00. And they actually force you into accepting the price they dictate or you have to pay an appraisal fee of $160.00.

In the end I guess I am the only idiot to blame for taking my truck into a dealership with a reputation like this. Well, this is it.

Now I'm about to call Ford and give them a piece of my mind.

One of the downsides of traveling across the country a lot is that it is hard to find a dealership you can trust to do the work you want done to your vehicle and not be taken advantage of. I took my Explorer into Bell Ford for an oil change on my first trip to the Phoenix area. Mr. Joe Hough in the service department was very helpful and had my vehicle ready to go in record time. Since that first visit I have returned several times and have had excellent service. I would recommend to anyone, go to Bell Ford at Bell and I-17 and ask for Joe.

My wife and I stopped by Bell Fords Memorial day sale on Friday and we were looking for a new F-150 Ford Truck when we were approached in the Bell Ford Lot. We told him what we were looking for and we followed him to a group of new ford f-150 trucks. We found the truck that met our needs. He gave me the keys and the three of us took it for a test drive. We proceeded to the show room to discuss cost etc. We agreed the final price, Jim took to the new Bell Ford Service Center and all the parts that go with it. Jim is a fine and courteous young salesman! We were very impressed with all the Bell Ford employees we deal with

Received internet quote. Went to purchase vehicle but dealership would not honor the price quoted saying it included rebates for which I'm not eligible. Does that make sense? I think it's called Bait and Forget.

Well let me first off say that my family has bought 4 cars from Bell Ford and we have always been treated right up until now! I went to buy a 2007 F150 and got a run around like I never though. First my husband and I were ont he loan but when we went to finance only I was on the loan, they never told us that. Then it took them 23 days to process my papers when they said it woudl take 3-4 days, so the trade-in I gave them was late on a months payment and I had them calling me wondering where the payment was. I had to go to there location 2 seperate times because they forgot to have me sign one paper or another, and the promised one interest rate and put 2 different ones in front of me. Then I had to deal with there sevice department. They scrathed my truck, lost my spare key, and when taking off a sticker ruin the tint job I had on there!!! I couldn't beliebe all this happend in one trip. So I made an appointment for 2 weeks out to get all this fixed on a Saturday, but they had the nerver to call me the FRIDAY before to tell me that no one works in the body shop on Saturdays! WHAT?? Why did you schedule me then! Oh and did I mention I live in Tucson and came up to PHX to buy this truck! BOY what a MISTAKE that was! DO NOT, I mean DO NOT buy a Ford Truck of any kind from them! Lazy / non-calling back - people! YOU MAKE ME SICK!

I was researching this site and decided to relay to you an experience I had with the service department at Bell Ford when I attended college in Phoenix about 10 years ago. I repeat..... 10 years ago! Do you think that I'm still a little upset ??!!! I was involved in an accident, and thankfully the other driver had insurance, since he was deemed to be at fault. The front end of my Thunderbird was damaged. Having no relatives in the area, I had to have my car serviced at the nearest place (Bell Ford) and rely on an expensive taxi service to commute to school. When the car was finally "repaired" on my third trip there, I noticed that the driver door would not close (the door hinge was damaged in the wreck). I reported this to the service manager, who basically relied on an intimidation factor. He would not repair the defect. Although this snake was in the wrong, I had little choice but to take the car as is. Both he and I realized that I didn't have the money to continue the taxi rides. I had to deal with this for a couple of years until I had money for the repair. How would you like to have to close your car door for two years by rolling down the window and pushing the door up while it closed? Don't let this dealership take you for a ride! This treatment was an outrage. It was despicable. Low!! How do these people sleep at night??!!??? They make the rest of their cohorts in this business look like saints, if you can believe that! I wouldn't give this dealership a single dime of my money if my life depended upon it. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
