Millennium Day Spa & Salon

Amber Eichner is a younger and new stylist to the salon but not new to the business. I appreciated her fresh perspective on a change I wanted to make to my hair. She recommended a flattering cut for my rounder face and I absolutely loved the highlights she gave me! I will continue to go to her in the future and recommend everyone I meet to do the same.

I have had many facials in my life but the best by far are the ones that I have had with Marianne!!! She is enthusiastic, knowledgable, and caring. Her facials are both relaxing as well as functional. She took such wonderful care of my skin that I would never let anyone else touch it.! When it comes to brows she is very precise and listens to what you want. I have sent my friends to her and they are all as pleased as I am!

Millennium Day Spa is a wonderful place to be pampered, I get all my services done at this spa. The front desk is friendly and very efficient. I have had my hair done by Evelyn and I have never been happier with my color, cut and style. The esthetician Cj gives the best waxing services, she is fast, her techniques are painless.

Mary Odean is my stylist at Millennium. I absolutely love the color & cuts she does for me & love the Brazilian blowout! I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a professional & creative stylist! You have to call her on her cell phone 602-739-9073 since she books her own appointments.

Had a wonderful pedicure from Bella. It was one of the best in the valley, and I have been to at least seven different salons hunting for a good one!

Bella also just introduced me to Gelish. This is a product that makes manicures last 3-4 weeks without chipping. It costs a little more than a regular manucure but worth it. I like pretty nails and didn't want to go back to the two week grind and nail damage of acrylics.

This salon is really customer friendly and the front desk problem stated in one of the earlier blogs must have been addressed.

Millenium offers cutting-edge nail techniques with Minx designs by Astarte. I got them before my cruise and have gotten numerous compliments!

I have had a wonderful experience with the spa. Lindsay is incredible. I have referred many people to her and will continue to do so

I love Lindsay! She is a great stylists. I always love my cut and color. I have been going to her for 2 years now and i would follow her where ever she goes! But millennium is a great salon and everyone is so friendly.

I am a regular customer at Millennium Day Spa and Salon. The staff, management and the technicians are top rate. I always feel pampered when I get my services done there. Very friendly and attentive staff. All of the technicians that I have seen are very talented. Most people complain when things don't go their way and are more likely to post their reviews. Fewer people will give positive feedback. As a regular customer I can say that Millennium is the best salon and day spa that I have ever been to. You should visit it too.

Horrible customer service. After calling to inquire about an old gift card, I was advised that the card would be accepted. I also asked if I could give the card to my husband. I was also told this was ok. We made an appointment.

The massage was great. The customer service was terrible. Upon check out, my husband was given a hard time about using the gift card. Both the employee and the owner explained to him that it was too old to use. However, upon inquiring, I was told "absolutely, it won't be a problem at all!" Not only that, but there was NO expiration date on the gift card. Furthermore, while my husband was engaged in an argument over this fact, he watched another person purchase a gift card, which looked identical to the one he had in his hands.

Bottom line, the owner should have taken the rap for the employee I spoke to on the phone. My husband ended up offering up his American Express card and we had to pay the $80. Not without a fight though. We have disputed the charges, the Better Business Bureau has been contacted, and I am writing this review.

People should know what kinds of businesses they are supporting! Living in downtown Phoenix, I never would have sent my husband clear up to North Scottsdale for a relaxing massage if I knew it would end up being more of a hassle than a relaxing afternoon! No thank you. We'll stick to the Biltmore area from now on!

Shame on you Millenium Day Spa!

I have been a customer at the Mellenium Day Spa for years.. Hair, nails the works.. It has always been a nice respite from the daily grind.
They hired a new CSR/Receptionist about 6 months ago.. I have complained to the owner about her lack of concern and downright bad attitude, to no avail.. Her attitude is "prima dona" and an outright disgrace to the business. I have heard other customers complain, as well!!
Nicole the hairdresser and Shane are the only saving graces to a business that has gone downhill in the last 6 months.. Boo to management for allowing such behavior!!

I don't typically get massages because they are expensive, but my husband told me to splurge and get a massage. I had such a great, relaxing experience. They were professional and great at making you relax. I would definitely go back if my husband insisted I go again! :)

Had a nice 1 hour spa in Millennium Day. The service is great and the place is very comfty. As soon as I got in, I knew I'm gonna have a good and relaxing time. The staff are very friendly, always carrying that nice smile. I'd definitely be back in this place.

North Scottsdale is a beautiful part of the city that is where this salon is located. I recieved a giftcard for this place and it was the best gift I could have hoped for. I got a full day of pampering. I got my nails done, and my toes done and then topped it off with a professional relaxing deep tissue massge.

Great service and value. I found a fabulous stylist here, Moji. She has lots of experience and a great personality. The spa is very well decorated and feels inviting. The prices are very reasonable for North Scottsdale. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable.
