We have eaten at this Outback often since it first opened and always loved it.
As I understand, the ownership changed and our last two visits will be exactly that...the last.
*Onion blossom was overcooked and they needed to change ther cooking oil.
*Had to return a drink as the bartender "didn't know how to make it" so we were told.
*Potato soup was "watery" and we were told that managment thought more poeple liked
it "that way"
*Medium prime rib was delivered rare.
*My filet, ordered medium rare, arrived EXTRA rare and no one checked back to see if everything was alright.
When we were ready for the bill (I had not eaten one bite of my steak!) a manager stopped by. I asked him how my steak looked like it was prepared.....he said "very rare" and had it cooked more and put it in a to-go box.
That's our final disappointment with this place.
