I was married at this resort in 1998. We come back to it every year for our anniversary. The spa here is so beautiful & relaxing- the eucalyptus steam is a hi-light. T.Cook's is the restaurant here and the food is unusual and delicious. The entire staff are polite, professional, and gracious. I can't say enough good things about this resort!

The staff at the Royal Palms is so unbelievably helpful and courteous. I enjoy going to this spa for a pedicure. The employees of The Royal Palms Inn will go out of there way to assist you to the best of their ability. It is everything you would expect from an exclusive resort.

I stayed at the Royal Palms for my anniversary. It was a very nice place to stay. Some of the stay could have been a little more helpful. But overall I would recommend.

I went here with a friend last April 05 and had a wonderful stay. The resport is beautiful, the pool is great and the food options were wonderful as well. The SPA is very nice, but I found the cost a bit overprices, and the technicians were average - not the best I've had. The hotel rooms were very nice, some overlook the parking lot which is less than ideal,. but still very comfortable, with wonderful beds. Bathrooms were a bit small.

PROS: A serene, relaxing location
CONS: Quite pricey, from meals, to spa services

It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at goo.gl/FPxYD They have some of the best hotel deals on the web!

We stayed here for our wedding night and it could not have been more perfect. We had a private casita. When we got there they knew who we were checked us in is just a few short minutes. When we got to our casita there were candles lit rose petals everywhere, music playing. They did everything I had asked them to do. They even made us a dessert and wrote congrats in chocolate on it. We had breakfast in bed the next day from t-cooks and it was amazing. It is expensive to stay here but worth every penny.

Rooms are well maintained and service is superior. Will stay here each year when we are in Phoenix.

Pros: The hotel is about as good as it gets in Phoenix

Cons: Restaurant is over priced and food is prepared poorly. Finding our waiter was a real challenge! Pathetic service. It is over priced for lack of value received.

I just spent my first stay there and I must say that it was an exceptional experience. The resort is BEAUTIFUL and the staff is very ATTENTIVE. I will, without question, be back. The rose petal turn-down service was very romantic and impressive.

Pros: Attentive Staff, Beautiful Grounds, Relaxing

Cons: None
