I agree that many of the sales people are not helpful and are callous, but then I find good service in Tucson, very scarce anyway. They have a good variety of products and good bird seed which is what we buy there. However, the prices are EXTREMELY high. All in all, I am glad they are there, but would never call it a five stars due to the staff and gynormous prices.

I have a dog with issues. He has serious allergies and I had been through roughly 4 brands of food before someone directed me to OK Feed. They have a very knowledgeable staff that is more than willing to take the time to really talk to you. I was given the name of a food that should help, if not eliminate all of my dog's problems. I was also given ideas of things at home I could give him to ease the problems. I highly recommend OK Feed.

The place is definately no frills but it does have knowledgeable staff. They don't have great attitudes but for the prices...I can take a little abuse for my 3 dogs, bunny, and guinea pig.

Couldn't think of any place else to go to get food in Tucson. The dogs LOVE the food, and the dogs dog friends love the food. And they have a huge selection of toys and treats.

I was amazed when I walked into the feed store out of curiosity. I thought I would only find stuff for horses here. I was amazed to find dog and cat food along with smaller animal feed as well. I asked the clerk there for some help as it was my first time in the store. I got specialized treatment once I told them this. I was walked through the store as if I was getting tour and was given information about what was in the feed as well. I was amazed at the amount of knowledge this clerk had. I told him that I was looking for some dog food to help with the coat as my puppy had puppy mange at the time. The clerk was so helpful in helping me pick out some food that would benifit my dog and and suggested some bathing items as well to help with the itching. I can't say how much I am glad that I stopped in here. I suggest if you really want quaility food and great service, this is the place to go.
