I had purchased a vehicle at ABC Nissan before and I was so happy with the service I got that this time when I leased a vehicle I went back. Payment was my biggest concern and they lowered my payment by $100. I was also happy with what they gave me for my trade.

We rolled up to this place at like 8:30 one night thinking it would be closed and that we would just take a quick look at their inventory and maybe check out the Cube. ?All the advertisements for them on Yelp have intrigued me. ?Lucky for us they weren't closed and Carlos came out to help us. ?He was a friendly guy, a little bit awkward, but he had an average to above average knowledge of the product. ?He showed us the cars they had available and became more enthusiastic as time went by. ?We had a nice experience here and would come back if we decided to purchase.

My credit was not perfect. ABC worked with me to find a great car and get me an approval when others turned me down flat and helped me find a car at a payment I could handle. I was treated courteously and they answered all my questions even the ones I felt stupid asking. They didnt hide information like other dealerships I had been to. The didnt just sell me a car, they earned my business. They even checked up on me repeatedly after the sale to see if I had any more questions and was happy with my purchase. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had.

They are friendly and you have a lot to choose from. I have bought 2 cars from here. One back when it was ABC Datsun. That should tell you something.

ABC Nissan has a great body shop! I took my Frontier there 2 separate occasions & my truck came out wonderful & they didn't take that long.

Robert made the experience absolutely wonderful and pressure free. what a stark difference from other local dealers. everyone worked as a team to satisfy my needs. they gave me several thousand more dollars for my 1995 sentra. I should have listened to my mother and gone to abc first. I could have saved myself a lot of time. I love my new altima. anyone considering a vehicle needs to go to ABC Nissan.

ABC Nissan puts there clients first and ensures that their needs are met. When I recently purhcased a car at ABC NIssan, they did not have the car with the exact features I was looking for. ABC Nissan looked throughtout the Valley and were able to find one that met my needs within a few hours. This is the 3rd car I have purchased from them. Highly recomend them for either new or used car sales.

I purchased my 2010 Nissan Xterra from ABC Nissan. I had never visited this dealership prior to my purchase and I was immediately impressed by the professionalism that I was greeted with. My sales person, Bruce Weiss, was friendly and dealt with all of my purchasing issues in an honest and professional manner and provided me with a final deal that I felt very comfortable with. This was not my first vehicle purchase and I have previously experienced the belaboring process that car buying can be (My time is extremely valuable to me). Bruce worked directly with me through the entire purchase and we were able to complete the transaction in an extremely efficient manner (I drove off in my new vehicle in about four hours from arriving). Even though the purchase is complete, I still work with Bruce on a regular basis regarding minor issues that have arisen with my vehicle (e.g., service, warranty, etc.) and he has taken a personal interest in making sure that I am COMPLETELY SATISFIED as his customer. If you are looking for a Nissan then go to ABC Nissan, if you want an exceptional car buying experience, then ask for Bruce Weiss....he gets the job done.

With 12 local Nissan car dealers its not easy deciding who to spend your hard earned money with. I decided to go with Bruce Weiss and Frank Kuna at ABC Nissan. Bruce had the best follow up, calling me back immediately and emailing to help answer my questions. After speaking with 5 different dealers on the phone I decided to make an appointment with Bruce. I felt that he would get the job done! When I arrived, Bruce was cool, like the Ghandhi of Nissan Car Sales. The type of guy you are happy to spend your money with. No pressure, just cool. I test drove the Juke and fell in love. Bruce made me feel good about my decision, gave me fair value for my trade and got the price and financing where I wanted to be. Back up two days before purchase, I told my mother at Christmas Brunch I was buying a new Nissan Car. She had just recently traded in and purchased a new Nissan Altima from ABC Nissan. From guess who, Bruce Weiss. She told me, you got to go see this guy, he was great! She was right. Even better, the guy I decided to go with just sold my Mother a car. Small world. We bought a pre-owned Nissan from ABC last weekend. It was the most enjoyable and positive car-buying experience we have ever had! ?We were treated with courtesy and respect at all the different stages of the process. ?Kudos to Edson Herrera and Steve Holt! ?We will definetly do business here again!

I was running late one day and accidentily rear ended a car that had little to NO damage to her car... but my poor baby was SCREWED!!
The hood wouldn't open. Both headlights were busted. Paint off the front end just scraped off. It looked like the front end of the car was pushed into the engine. My insurance company recommended ABC Nissan for the autobody work. We went and they tried to get me to trade my car in! I stood firm and had my baby fixed. It took quite some time, over two weeks, but it was fixed!
We only paid our $500 deductable on over $3,000 worth of damages and picked up the car today! She was BEAUTIFUL!! You can't even tell she was in an accident! They replaced the front end. the hood and the radiator. They also painted the new parts to match! I'm so thankful to ABC Nissan for making a bad accident right.

I puchased a used Nissan Xterra from ABC Nissan and had a very good experience. Both Bruce and Anthony were great to work with. Bruce came through for me after the purchase and got me all of the items that he promised. I would definitely recommend ABC Nissan.

I purchased my 2009 Nissan Xterra from ABC Nissan and felt good about the experience. I feel they tried to get me a reasonable deal within my requirements. For this I do respect the company.
One year into my ownership (while maintaining regular oil changes) I returned to their dealership for my 15,000 service - a $277.00 package. This package is listed as including, among other things - oil service, wiper replacement and air filter replacement.
I assumed it was all completed per the receipt I received. However, upon my next regular oil change I was notified that there was no air filter change (the air filter was NOT of Nissan parts), my oil was low and that my wipers appeared worn.
The fact that the air filter was not changed nor of Nissan origin makes me assume none of my $277.00 contracted work was completed.
If you're a Nissan supporter like myself I would suggest you seek service elsewhere. Why risk the life of your vehicle or $277.00 of your money?

Worst place to buy a car. ABC never paid off the rest of my lease that I used as a trade in like they were supposed to.never gave me a 2nd set of keys or an owners manual as requested. Rushed through the entire buying process with a first time car buyer not to mention I dealt with about 5 different sales people. What a sham. I should have paid a little bit more at another dealership in order to receive acceptable service. DO NOT BUY FROM ABC!

Absolutely the worst car shopping experience that I've ever dealt with. After informing the first salesperson that I was only looking and researching my options, I was still hounded and pressured into making a deal. After he failed, he sent the sales manager to haggle, and when he failed, he sent another sales manager. After 20 minutes of requesting a brochure and a business card, we finally gave up and left. The sales manager then followed us out all the way to our car and his exact final words to us were: "Don't come back here!" That alone says enough about how horrible this dealership is. I definitely would recommend staying away from them - there are too many dealerships in town to spend money on horrible and rude customer service.
