      <description>&lt;p&gt;Drove to Soundwerks Car Audio Scottsdale to check out the latest head unit models. They have a bunch to sell but quite pricey - but thats why its on Scottsdale right? Anyway, was able to see some of their output products and it was really good. Their work is very detailed. If you have money to spend, go here.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>4 Stars:  lots of quality audio and alarm systems (by ashanti m.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;this place has the largest selection of audio and alarm equipment i have seen in a long time. they always give me good customer care. their employees are very cordial and they know a lot about electronics for cars.they answered all my questions.i bought an alarm system and an audio system from them.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  High prices, Rude employees, Poor communication. (by anonymous p.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I dont know if I got them on the wrong day but they were rude to me.  They dont know how to call back people on a timely basis which was fine to me at first but what bothered me the most is how cocky they were.  I understand you do quality work but you passed the line where you claim your the best in state.  These guys are by far the most expensive installer of everything they sell.  In addition to that there was a miscommunication in the install which was totally their fault.  For being so cocky about their service they should know better about every situation.  They failed to know everything about my car and made me waste a day to tell me they couldnt do it.  And when I declined to do the alarm install with them I felt like I was getting mocked by Don. Yah you might have good quality installs but so do alot of other dealers in Arizona.  Being good at what you do doesnt mean you can be rude.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>4 Stars:  In response to high prices..... (by Don C.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I apologize for any misunderstandings. As many know we do take pride in our services that we provide at Soundwerks. The gentleman who wrote the review scheduled to install a remote start alarm in his vehicle. At the time of scheduling the appointment I made an assumption that the car was an automatic. However when it was dropped off and brought into our install bay I learned by my install staff that it was a standard shift car. I should have verified this prior to the gentleman dropping the car off for the work. I made a mistake. For obvious safety and liability reasons (personal and public) we at Soundwerks choose not to install remote start devices on a standard shift vehicles. If given the opportunity I promise to make this misunderstanding up to the author of this review.Don Ciardullo - Soundwerks 480-303-0033&lt;/p&gt;</description>
