i live in one of their properties in tucson and after many letters, calls and meeting we still have not had things fixed. We addressed these problems back in dec. 2007 well over a month before we moved in and still nothing. we were told that the back sliding door and the big gap under the front door and the fact that the locks do not work very well would be fixed before we moved in. But when we got here nothing was still done so we called and were told that the maintance team was on top of it. so far still nothing.
