Big O Tires & Service Centers - Phoenix - N. 19th Ave.
Good for Tires and THATS IT. Completely "bad word" us over when it came to mechanic work. Over charged, the job was not done right, THEY LIED about what was wrong, fixed the wrong thing and then tried to charge more to find the "real" problem. The mechanic was conveniently gone when we needed things explained to us. LEFT MY VEHICLE OUTSIDE UNLOCKED IN A BAD AREA! and didn't even feel bad about it. LOST MY DECORATIVE TIRE CAPS (valve stem covers). If you want cheap tires go to Big O (but keep track of your own tire caps), but if you need a mechanic keep right on driving.
Pros: Cheap Tires .... quick with tires
Cons: EVERYTHING ELSE
