Great teachers, eclectic music and other serious Yoga practitioners separate At One from classes available at the gym. At One offers a broad range of classes for all levels. I prefer Flow or Power but for those who want a very traditional class they also offer Ashtanga. The Scottsdale studio tends to be more crowded than the Phoenix studio but try them both.

I was uncomfortable going to a Yoga studio because I am not very good at it. However, At One Yoga was great! they were very nice in helping me get started and was very relaxing!

one of the best studios in the country! @ one embodies the modern with the traditional and offers a unique and progressive yoga experience. classes for all levels and all personality types.
