I was in need of some kitchen cabinets for a rental unit and had seen a tv commercial for diamond kitchen and bath so I went to see them and they had cabinets in stock at a great price and I picked them up the next day and completed my project

I shopped around to get a quote for my kitchen cabinets and counter tops. I was so frustrated until I went to Diamond Kitchen & Bath.

I won't mention any of the other places by names but will tell you that when I walked into some of the stores it was hard to even find someone that could/would help me. The salespeople were inexperienced. I was there for hours before I was even able to get a quote! 2 showrooms that I went to were a little more organized but they just wanted to sell me the most expensive product that they had and their prices were just outrageous! Another place that I visited was very nice inside and the salesman was pretty knowledgeable but it almost seemed like I was talking to a brick wall. He never listed to what I wanted and was pushing me to buy what "he" liked.

I was almost ready to give up on this whole idea of buying new cabinets until a friend of mine
told me about her experience with Anthony at Diamond Kitchen & Bath. I went there and by coincidence Anthony greeted me with enthusiasm and was very excited about HELPING me. He asked me what I wanted and pointed me in the right direction. In a very short period of time he had a good sense of what I was looking for and made a nice design on his computer. He printed some beautiful color print outs of what my new kitchen would soon look like. Anthony came out that very same day, he measured my kitchen and gave me an in home consultation. He also gave me some recommendations that not only saved money but made my kitchen a little more user friendly!
I ordered the cabinets and counter tops from Diamond.

Jason from Diamond Kitchen and Bath installed my cabinets and did an amazing job, it took him less than a day to complete the work! He was also very nice.

I now have a beautiful new kitchen. I am so happy that my friend told me about Diamond Kitchen & Bath, I would highly recommend them to everyone!

I was nervous about the whole idea of remodeling my kitchen and had been putting it off.A coworker told me about diamond so i stopped in after work and talked to a salesman about my concerns and ideas for my kitchen and they took the time to show me all the different styles and options to fit my kitchen and budget. The salesman walked me through the process and the installer did a beautiful job and was done on time. If you are considering new cabinets and countertops go to diamond kitchen and bath

I had gotten other quotes on my kitchen project and was not very impressed with the knowledge of the salespeople until I stopped at diamond . they listened to what i was telling them and asking for, when I was at the other places like depot they were trying to tell me what I should have in my kitchen.The salesman came out to my house to measure before the cabinets were ordered and made some suggestions that would make my kitchen more functional and saved me some money.Overall a very good experience and would do it again and refer them them to anyone

I recently finished an extensive kitchen remodel project and purchased my cabinets from Diamond Kitchen and Bath. My salesman was great to work with and did an excellent job of designing my kitchen, utilizing all of the available space. He took a lot of time in explaining all of the design and cabinet options allowing me to come up with a great kitchen at a price that beat every other kitchen dealer in Phoenix including Home Depot and Lowes. The installation was very professionally done, and the installer was extremely talented at his job. He even made sure the cabinets and floor were cleaned up before he left. The job was monitored by the field supervisor from beginning to end in order to ensure that everything went smoothly. The kitchen turned out fantastic and my wife could not be happier. I would very highly recommend Diamond Kitchen and Bath to anyone thinking of purchasing a new kitchen.

I had these guys remodel my kitchen and they did a great job from start to finish. Really nice showrooms, and I found the sales people to be really knowledgable and helpful. They came up with a great design and had the best prices in town. The installation went really well and on time. I would highly recommend.

I bought cabinets from Diamond Kitchen & Bath. I was very disappointed with the quality of the cabinets. One drawer and one door arrived damaged.Four glass doors arrived unfinished. More than a month later, I am still waiting for the replacements. The salesman/manager (Marty) from the Mesa store is not helpful at all. After he gets a signed contract and deposit he is a different individual. When questioned about the cabinets, he becomes argumentative and has know-it-all attitude. I certainly would not do business with them again, nor do I recommend them.

True that their cabinets are the cheapest in price, but they are also the cheapest in quality. NONE of the shelves can be moved up or down due to poor workmanship. Cabinets arrived chipped, scuffed, and pieces were missing.
You will not get a detailed receipt of costs.
Do not take the salesman's word for anything! Double and triple check everything written in your contract because you can not take the salesman at his word.
I wish I had went with my gut feeling and walked away as soon as I had a bad feeling I was being cheated and lied to by Marv.

Marv from Diamond Kitchen and Bath said "You're too much trouble" rather than simply giving me a breakdown of what I was being charged. He raised the price $500 after I gave him a $2200 deposit, then he got all flustered when I asked him specifically what items had gone up in price. Each time I asked him to seperate out the charges he would try to intimidate me. My friends say that he just wanted to pad his pockets more and wasn't able to come up with a good enough sounding reason why it was going to cost more. I'm still waiting a week later for a refund of my deposit.

This is a wonderful company to call if you want your kitchen or bathroom remodeled. They have a showroom that you can go visit and check out all they have to offer. They have a great selection to choose from. You can have them deliver and install the items as well. They have reasonable prices too. Staff is extremely nice and helpful.
