I had a similar experience to Ed, I made a purchase through the Mesa store. They (Marty) made a quote at the store then came to my home and measured. Then jacked the price up $300, I had a bad feeling at that point and should known not to go through with it. The cabinets arrived and were not as described by the saleman. He falsely said otherwise. One of the cabinets is too deep for the area it is supposed to fit in. My brother visisted the store to try and resolve some of the problems but Marty was having none of it. As one reviewer said, he is a different person once they have the money. Basically the customer is always wrong attitude, there are too many negative reviews on here for anyone in there right mind to buy from them.

I called them and attempted to contact a manager or owner, they wouldn't give me a name and just forwaded me to a voice mail and got no response. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and Arizona contractors board.

I was swayed by the majority of good reviews to go check out the North Phoenix location. However, I was immediately greeted there by the infamous Marv. He's as bad as the reviews say. I told him what type of cabinets I was interested in, and I asked if they could come out and do a quote. He asked if I had the measurements that I could e-mail or bring to him, and I said I was unsure of what measurements he would even need. (As I don't install cabinets every day, I'd rather have the professionals come out and measure appropriately, heaven forbid.) He then proceeded to draw a pathetic outline of my kitchen and couldn't even figure out what "there is no wall there" meant. He didn't even say he could come out to the home to take measurements until I was literally walking out the door. I know there have been good reviews, and I can't say anything about the product since Marv annoyed me into not even wanting to do business with them, but I can say that if you go into the North Phoenix store to ask for another salesman to help you.

I would not buy anything from this company ever again, the custom cabinet that I ordered for my kitchen (at a premium price) was supposed to be solid oak, it took forever to show up and then it turns out to be made mostly out of particle

Went to the orange coats first, then the blue coats......WHAT A NIGHTMARE those places are to buy cabinets.....hope you all at least give Diamond Kitchen and Bath a try. They knew a 100000x more about cabinets and i'm pretty sure they were the only specialty shop my wife and I went to with better prices or at least comparable. The cabinet we chose was about $400 less at Diamond than Depot. Lowes didn't have what we were looking for. Some other places were nice but other specialty shops were a lot more. PS -- Shout out to my salesman Greg Harms, what a savior

We recently purchased not to impressive cabinets from this company for a remodel. Their showroom was ok. Not very big and not much of a variety. We picked out our cabinets and placed our order. Five weeks later we recieved our cabinets which our contractor picked up. Upon installing them we discovered that one of the upper cabinets was missing. He called Diamond and our sales person ordered the new one. We had to wait another 5 weeks for the missing cabinet. Our sales person said he would deliver and install at no charge because it was his mistake. (which I would have expected anyway). At the time of discovering the missing cabinet we also found that two doors were warp. So we ordered those as well.

The sales person called when we our upper cabinet came in (said the doors were in yet). The cabinet was delivered and installed. However, as weeks passed I wondered when the doors would arrive. I finally called my sales person. He said I had to talk to the warehouse and he transferred me over to them. IIt was weird doing all this stuff myself. Usually a sales person checks this stuff for you. I sat on the phone while they looked for my order. They did find it and said it's here. I wonder if it was there for awhile but my sales person never bothered to tell me. "You can pick it up anytime", the warehouse person said. I said no. I want it delivered. It wasn't my fault the doors were warp. So I asked to be transferred back to my sales person. He seemed less than willing to get them delivered. He said the upper cabinet was his mistake so he felt it was worth a delivery. Ok....so a warped door isn't his fault but isn't he working for Diamond Cabinets? It's still a defective product. He added with indifference that the showroom isn't open on Saturday and only between the hours of 9 to 5. I explained that I have a very busy schedule and that it would be difficult for me to get down there between those hourse. We live north of the 101 and the warehouse is south of the 10. I asked is there no way they can be delivered. He said for a price of $180.00. I was beside myself with irritation. I have to drive from the NW valley to the SE below the 10? And I have to do that around "bankers" hours? Ugh. I wish I had used Costco. Not only would their cabinets be better so would their service. I wouldn't recommend them if you live outside of a 5 mile radius of their offices and you want subpar cabinets.

Pros: Cheap. You get what you pay for

Cons: Once they have you money customer service goes downhill

I was in need of some kitchen cabinets for a rental unit and had seen a tv commercial for diamond kitchen and bath so I went to see them and they had cabinets in stock at a great price and I picked them up the next day and completed my project

I shopped around to get a quote for my kitchen cabinets and counter tops. I was so frustrated until I went to Diamond Kitchen & Bath.

I won't mention any of the other places by names but will tell you that when I walked into some of the stores it was hard to even find someone that could/would help me. The salespeople were inexperienced. I was there for hours before I was even able to get a quote! 2 showrooms that I went to were a little more organized but they just wanted to sell me the most expensive product that they had and their prices were just outrageous! Another place that I visited was very nice inside and the salesman was pretty knowledgeable but it almost seemed like I was talking to a brick wall. He never listed to what I wanted and was pushing me to buy what "he" liked.

I was almost ready to give up on this whole idea of buying new cabinets until a friend of mine
told me about her experience with Anthony at Diamond Kitchen & Bath. I went there and by coincidence Anthony greeted me with enthusiasm and was very excited about HELPING me. He asked me what I wanted and pointed me in the right direction. In a very short period of time he had a good sense of what I was looking for and made a nice design on his computer. He printed some beautiful color print outs of what my new kitchen would soon look like. Anthony came out that very same day, he measured my kitchen and gave me an in home consultation. He also gave me some recommendations that not only saved money but made my kitchen a little more user friendly!
I ordered the cabinets and counter tops from Diamond.

Jason from Diamond Kitchen and Bath installed my cabinets and did an amazing job, it took him less than a day to complete the work! He was also very nice.

I now have a beautiful new kitchen. I am so happy that my friend told me about Diamond Kitchen & Bath, I would highly recommend them to everyone!

I was nervous about the whole idea of remodeling my kitchen and had been putting it off.A coworker told me about diamond so i stopped in after work and talked to a salesman about my concerns and ideas for my kitchen and they took the time to show me all the different styles and options to fit my kitchen and budget. The salesman walked me through the process and the installer did a beautiful job and was done on time. If you are considering new cabinets and countertops go to diamond kitchen and bath

I had gotten other quotes on my kitchen project and was not very impressed with the knowledge of the salespeople until I stopped at diamond . they listened to what i was telling them and asking for, when I was at the other places like depot they were trying to tell me what I should have in my kitchen. The salesman came out to my house to measure before the cabinets were ordered and made some suggestions that would make my kitchen more functional and saved me some money.Overall a very good experience and would do it again and refer them them to anyone

I recently finished an extensive kitchen remodel project and purchased my cabinets from Diamond Kitchen and Bath. My salesman was great to work with and did an excellent job of designing my kitchen, utilizing all of the available space. He took a lot of time in explaining all of the design and cabinet options allowing me to come up with a great kitchen at a price that beat every other kitchen dealer in Phoenix including Home Depot and Lowes. The installation was very professionally done, and the installer was extremely talented at his job. He even made sure the cabinets and floor were cleaned up before he left. The job was monitored by the field supervisor from beginning to end in order to ensure that everything went smoothly. The kitchen turned out fantastic and my wife could not be happier. I would very highly recommend Diamond Kitchen and Bath to anyone thinking of purchasing a new kitchen.

I bought cabinets from Diamond Kitchen & Bath. I was very disappointed with the quality of the cabinets. One drawer and one door arrived damaged.Four glass doors arrived unfinished. More than a month later, I am still waiting for the replacements. The salesman/manager (Marty) from the Mesa store is not helpful at all. After he gets a signed contract and deposit he is a different individual. When questioned about the cabinets, he becomes argumentative and has know-it-all attitude. I certainly would not do business with them again, nor do I recommend them.

True that their cabinets are the cheapest in price, but they are also the cheapest in quality. NONE of the shelves can be moved up or down due to poor workmanship. Cabinets arrived chipped, scuffed, and pieces were missing.
You will not get a detailed receipt of costs.
Do not take the salesman's word for anything! Double and triple check everything written in your contract because you can not take the salesman at his word.
I wish I had went with my gut feeling and walked away as soon as I had a bad feeling I was being cheated and lied to by Marv.

Marv from Diamond Kitchen and Bath said "You're too much trouble" rather than simply giving me a breakdown of what I was being charged. He raised the price $500 after I gave him a $2200 deposit, then he got all flustered when I asked him specifically what items had gone up in price. Each time I asked him to seperate out the charges he would try to intimidate me. My friends say that he just wanted to pad his pockets more and wasn't able to come up with a good enough sounding reason why it was going to cost more. I'm still waiting a week later for a refund of my deposit.

Pros: Lowest price

Cons: Intimidating salesman, price change without willing to explain why

Marv is a TERRIBLE salesmen. What you and he agree upon verbally is not what Marv writes up in the contract. Make sure you go over the contract with a fine tooth comb. You'll need to understand all their color codes, cabinet codes, measurements, etc. Even if your written contract is correct, Marv will try to explain away the errors.
My mother and sister are both remodeling their kitchens. They will NOT be making their purchases from Diamond.

This is a wonderful company to call if you want your kitchen or bathroom remodeled. They have a showroom that you can go visit and check out all they have to offer. They have a great selection to choose from. You can have them deliver and install the items as well. They have reasonable prices too. Staff is extremely nice and helpful.
