Poco Verde Landscape, Inc.

We used Poco Verde as part of a package with Paddock Pools which was the preferred pool company for our builder and gave us the ability to put our lanscaping package in our mortgage. They put together a nice design but after 4+ years of tree/plant growth it has become apparent the trees were planted too close to the block wall which separates our lot from our neighbor and soon will present a major problem. Additionally the water lines have busted leaks in two separate areas causing a major expense with both my water bill and repairs. My landscaper says the drip lines used are the cheapest possible. We were not given options upon purchase. Overall a very disappointing experience. Stay away from Poco Verde.

About a month ago I had Poco Verde Landscpape remodel my backyard, there are no words to describe what a great job they did. They were out the next day after deciding what I wanted to replace and add. They were done with my new gorgeous landscape in 2 days.....just in time for my parents arriving from out of town. I was very impressed on how quicly the whole process went.

I had a great experience with Poco Verde when my back yard was done, sales had a lot of acknowledge in helping me pick my plants and trees and designing my BBQ and customer service was very helpful threw the whole process.

First off...I never type up reviews on anything. But after buying my new home and having Poco Verde do my landscaping I was very satisfied with the professionalism of Poco Verde Landscaping. They were always on time with estimated installation and delivery. I look forward to doing some more upgrades in my new backyard. They will always be my first choice when it comes to landscaping design. Thank you!

I chose to use Poco Verde to remodel my front and back yard after looking into numerous other companies. Their sales staff was wonderful, their design was tailored to me wants, needs, and budget, and I could not have been happier with the entire experience! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional landscape company!

Poco Verde Landscaping was recommended to us by Paddock Pools. We signed our pool/landscaping contract in December 2007. We were very happy with the overall landscaping design and were excited to be swimming and enjoying our new back yard well ahead of the summer heat here in AZ. Nearly six months later we are still waiting with no clear end in sight! No pool, no BBQ, no outdoor fireplace, no plants. All are in progress, but NOTHING has been completed, despite weeks of promises that we are just "days away".

From the beginning this project has been completely mismanaged. We have repeatedly reported our concerns to upper management at Palo Verde and things improve for a few days and then the mismanagement begins anew. Things are not well planned or organized. The subcontractor is hard working, but often doesn't have the materials he needs to ensure productive work for his team, so he has stopped bringing a full crew to work. As a result - things that should be taking a few hours to complete are taking days and weeks. Although we have paid our money to Paddock (who then pays Poco Verde), the supplies we need (stone, tile, etc) are not ordered in advance. There have beem many delays due to lack of planning or things being incorrect.

We were forced to cancel our Memorial day plans because we didn't have our yard done. My parents flew in from out of town this week - tickets they purchased months ago - to see our backyard, but sadly, they wasted their trip.

My advice - if you are looking for a landscaping company and you want to actually get results in a resonable amount of time - choose someone else.

We love to be outside and chose to go "all out" on our landscaping. We are spending A LOT of money and so far - we have nothing to show for it but a dysfunctional back yard and TONS of stress and frustration.

This company does not return phone calls, will rip you off, will not replace dead plants within the warranty period until the spring since the weather isn't right, then spring is here and they tell you your warranty has expired. They are rude charge a fortune and do average work. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!
