was recommended to them by a friend. they came out for service on my heater that was not working. dave the tech showed up promtlly and fixed the problem quickly and i am very pleased with the service and price he charged. they are my a/c company from now on.

Was recommended to alaskan quality services by neighbor and I am very happy with the new unit I bought from them. they installed the unit two days after I bought it and all people that came to my home were courteous of my house and very nice. I will recommend them to everyone I know..

Very pleased with alaskan quality services. found them in yeloow pages and they came out same day and fixed my ac fast and service guy was very friendly and will recommend them to all my friends.

We purchased a service plan from them to come and clean/service our heat pump every 6 months. In actuality it turned out to be a big money pit for them every 6 months--they found "something wrong" every time, put in parts that would supposedly save us money. They lied to us and took advantage us.

Yeah.... I had a brand new Trane 3.5 ton unit installed on my roof at the end of January 2006. Prior to that I had a 2.5 ton Trane that was keeping up just fine, except for days when it was 110 plus. The install manager who installed my unit failed to seal the elbow going to the roof properly and the first big rain, water poured in through the air return and roof, into my attic, ducts, and hallway. It is now September...they have still not completed repairs to my hallway...it has been like pulling teeth, even though they admitted fault, and fired the guy because apparently there were a 'lot' of people with leaks that day. The guy that sold me the unith as since resigned, due to being unhappy there... their on their third install manager, and training another one. I talked to the last install manager who resigned and he said that they wanted him to straighten up their department but wouldn't give him the resources he needed to do so. They have caused 'more' damage to my ducts during the 'fixing' stage... and are trying to get out of completely fixing everything. My a/c in the house is not as good as my 2.5 ton unit was doing, but it 'is' more evenly disbursed. That may just be from the extra vent I had them install. My electric bills are not any lower so far, that I have been able to surmise. I could go on and on, but you get the picture. Do not use this company!! They also don't seem to have it together internally...one receptionist gave me the number of the 'ex' install manager, who resigned, rather than the new one. They always call my house phone, even though I've repeatedly told them to call my cell phone. It's crazy!

My elderly mother purchased a cooler and AC with a service contract. The cooler has never worked properly and she had requested service many times. Service people rarely keep appointments and when they do show up, the do not fix the problem.

PROS: None
CONS: No Service_ Left my elderly mother crying.

I purchased an air conditioning unit and had it installed from this company. The quality of the product and installation was excellent. The company had an internal communication breakdown, and I had a problem getting some of the extras promised completed. I did experience one problem with the unit which was serviced immediately without delay.
