This is a great service, you just give them the specifics of what you need, what type of rent you want to pay, etc. and they do all of the work and are paid by the property management companies.
When my son moved out of his dorm, he went here to find an apartment. Instead of having to call or go look at hundreds of different places, he just told them how much he could spend and they were able to find him a place within a couple days. This is such a great service.
This is a great service and it's all free for the customer! You tell them what you are looking for in an apartment, townhouse or even a house rental and they will find it for you. No hassles of looking around the valley for the right home. They are very nice and helpful. I used this service once and would highly recommend it. The employee that helped me went way out of his way to show me rentals and find just what I wanted. Several valley locations too!
