Took 2006 dodge ram truck into gilbert shop for brakes and oil change on a monday morning. They called a couple hours later and said my shocks and struts needed to be changed, I agreed since they said it should still be done by the end of the day. No call back and they closed the shop up so my truck was stuck there till tues. Called them on tues and they said they had to order bushings for the struts because they broke them after torching my rusted bolts off. No call back after asking for a call back all tuesday also. Called them on wed. Told me they have to replace my control arms too. This is an extra 800 dollars!!! No asking if i can afford this. They kept the truck wed night also. Called customer service numerous times on wed and thurs and left messages with no return. Called the shop on thurs morning, they got the wrong control arms bolts after they torched those off also. Im still waiting for my truck 4 days later!!!! Brandon the manager there needs to be fired immediately.

I took my Chev. pick-up into Fletchers, Oracle Rd. Tucson, today for a lube and oil change. Oil was dripping beneath the car when I arrived home so I crawled under the vehicle to see what was wrong. I had an oil change done at Fletchers in Indio CA. service seemed OK and thought i would ask for a quote on replacing the rear struts on my 2005 Lexus RX330. quote sounded very reasonable and i asked them to order the parts in,and call me when they are ready for service, that was a Thursday. Tuesday i called and the parts had come in on Saturday, no call. Wednesday, following week I go in at 8:15 AM and drop off the Lexus. The front counter tells me it will be a couple of hours and at 11:00AM I call to see how things are going. the manager tells me there is approx. 4-5 hours to replace and they have not started yet. My phone rings at 3:00PM and the manager tells me the parts they brought in are wrong and I ask how they intended to do 4-5 hours work starting at 3PM? I said I will be right over to pick up my vehicle. There was absolutely NO concern, apologies or rescheduling intent when i was handed my keys. Very unprofessional attitudes, careless disregard for customers time and money. Do I really need to say anything MORE?

Horrible. Took my 2008 Tacoma in for an oil change. After leaving it for 7 hours they said it was done. On my way home I noticed the service engine light was still on. When I got home I looked at the filter it was the same old one. The oil was still the old black oil. Nothing had been done. They took my money and didn't do one thing, isn't that stealing? When I went back they tried to make excuses that it was just a mistake. I got a refund and will never go back there.

I took my vehicle to change one tire and rotate all of them. The tire was ordered in advance and they were waiting for me when I arrived.

The tire rotation took 2 1/2 hours and they left the vehicle on the rack while they worked on other vehicles and took snack breaks.

They broke some parts, told me they broke them, told me they would comp. me on the part, then decided to charge me for the part when i began to ask questions about the amount of time the repair was taking.

These young kids tried to hide the fact they broke my wheel stem then tried to tell me it was my fault, then charged me for something they broke. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I took my car to the Fletchers on Ocotillo for a oil change and to have my shocks checked. They said the shocks were good and I was all set. They billed me for the oil change service then called me a day later to tell me they had over looked changing the oil. (special oil filter still on the shelf)
At least the manager was honest to tell me they forgot to change the oil and he gave me a couple free oil change coupons, This was two years ago and I still have he coupons... that place scares me and I am not going back. Oh, and the shocks they were bad had to change them later.

my engine light was on...took it in so i could pass emissions, and what a BS place...waited forever, they told me after 3 hours of waiting that it would be 900 dollars to fix it plus (bs diagonics tests 99 dollars). The truck is only 3 years old, running fine, with 57,000 miles on it. I asked them what the problem was and he informed me that is was a problem with the fuel mixture...? and oxygen intake...was BStook my car to another place and they fixed it for 40 dollars and turned the engiene light off and subsequently passed emmissions.If i had been stupid i would of told them to go ahead and fix it...don't recommend this place to anyone...and yes its true, the bad reviews speak for themselves

I only go to Fletcher's, and being a woman with some car knowledge, they NEVER tried to fake unnecessary repairs. They only RECOMMENDED what my car maker said in the manual for my mileage. It is always up to me to choose what is done on my car.DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED BY THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!Try Fletcher's like I do and save yourself alot of money.

That place is a joke. I had a coupon to Fletchers for a brake check, oil change, AC check, and a tire rotation all for 35.99. So I took my Chevy s10 to the Fletchers on Care Free Highway. My tires needed to be rotated badly and I needed an oil change. Well when I go to pick up my truck they tell me I have a leak in my manifold and I need repair of about 500 dollars to fix the problem or my AC will go out. I told them to hold off and just change my oil and rotate the tires. Well, when I got home I realized they hadn't even touched my tires. When I called on the problem the manager Mike told me the tires with tread are supposed to be on the back. I said if this were the case and all you guys did was change my oil why did you charge me the 35.99 with tax it was about 40 bucks. He told me cause they checked my AC and told me I was running out of freeon. This was 4 months ago and my AC is still blowing ice cold. Long story short they made me for 30 bucks and they are liars.

Went to Fletchers ar baseline and burk - At 2:30pm to get a nail pulled out and tires balanced - I just rotated them and had a little shake.
Tony told me no problem - come back at five and we'll get you in and out. I show up at five - No Tony and the guy who claimed to be the manager said we can't do it, I've only got one guy who can do it, though there were two guys wheeling tires in getting ready to close in 30 minutes.

SO I rearrange my day get over there (made a special trip) and then told they're out of there at 5:30.

I've purchased three sets of tires from them and usually have had pretty good service such as putting on new tires and rotating them. I do the rest of my maintenance.

So - Tony and the "other guy" are not on my "A" list. I'll talk to the owner and see if I can fix it - but I'll have to make another trip..

Can we give "negative stars" for a rating? Took car in to the Arizona Ave & Ocotillo location. Asked for tune up and regular maintenance - we got more than we bargained for. When we picked up the car the check engine light was on and they blamed on a part that "just broke because of the heat" - they lied and said that it was under warranty from the dealer and that the dealer was giving them the part. (confirmed with dealer this is NOT how it works) Took car to the dealer who then pointed out that all of the fluids were low, several engine control parts were broken and improperly "fixed" with zip ties. (all this from just changing the sparkplugs!) Windshield was cracked behind the rear view mirror where brand new greasy fingerprints were found. (again, blamed on the "heat") The manager at Fletcher's blatantly lied about what they did and did not do to my car, and we are still currently fighting with the shop for them to "make things right." They promised to call us several times, but never do. Advise anyone considering this shop to KEEP ON DRIVING!!!

I took my van to the Baseline and Burk store, as the Ray and Cooper store has been sold. The tires are under warranty for road hazards, and I had a slow leak in one. Turns out the leak was from a wood screw through an already patched spot, and there was already one other patch on the tire. I worked for Fletchers for about 6 months as a Machanic and the amount of cheating and lying going on in that company is scary, I once had a car come in with engine probloms, After finding that one of the Cyl. had coolent in it, I thought blown head. But after looking into it found that the head gasket had just been replaced less then a year before by Fletchers! So I took the head off the find out the problom, turns out there was a chip in the block made by the last guy that did the gasket, So I told my boss, he in turn told the DM, the DM told my boss to tell the custmer the enigne was bad and he would have to buy a new engine, which the custmer did, but that was BS Fletchers was responsable not the custmer. They lied to cover there own butts. I left soon after that. But not before My tools where stolden from there Shop, and they refused to cover them. 10,000 dollors worth of tools gone-_-

I have taken my car to Fletchers a hand full of times to various shops under the management of Tony Corono. I have never met such a skatter brained person. (Warning flag 1)Tony could not keep is eyes or COMMENTS about my wife to himself during our conversations about my car.After the repairs were supposed to be fixed I left one shop to find out it hadnt been repaired at all. I took it to another Fletchers run by this Tony. At the second shop I recieved prompt service. Only to not repair the problem again! Now after almost 2 weeks and dealing with Tony and his Corporate office. My car is in worse shape sitting at the dealer with an estimated 2000 dollar repair. Fletchers has now agree do to purchase my vehicle so can buy another. Due to their inhabuility to repair my vehicle and actually causing a fire under the hood. In turn damaging the main wiring harness. Fletchers tried to have the dealer repair the vehicle with but connectors on the wires without me noticing.

On Saturday, March 15, 2008 my car was serviced at Fletcher??s on Arizona Ave. in Chandler, AZ. I made an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation. When my friend and I came back two hours later to pick up my car I was charged for the oil change and the rotation. I had previously marked each of the tires so that I could tell if they had been rotated, which they were not! I was told at that point that the tread indicated that the tires did not need to be rotated, but why then was I charged for that service? The person that I was speaking with was at a loss for words, when the manager appeared and said, ??Why would you mark the tires?? I think the answer was very obvious! He then told me that there was no charge for any service that I received! It is a sorry situation when I feel the need to mark my tires so that I know if I am getting the service that I am charged for. How do I know if the serviceman even changed the oil???

Took my '93 Infiniti there this morning at 11:00 for an oil change and brake inspection. They told me the wait is about2 1/2 hours. Fine. I needed it done. I called them at 1:30 and they said it'll be done 'within the hour'. Stopped by at about 2:30. They hadn't started on it yet. They were standing around smoking and talking. As soon as I walked in, they jumped into action. Got a bunch of free tests and estimates, and it only cost $24, but it took half my day.

my bad.... it wasn't this fletchers. sorry!

I feel like everytime I go there they say I need 2 new tires ( which cost me 250$ per tire ) and brakes. In 1 experience they left the oil cap uncapped laying on top of the engine. I didn't notice oil dripping until like a week later and half of it was missing.. Then they forgot to put coolent in it which they were supposed to check everytime for almost the last year.. I really noticed the air conditioner not working at all soon as the summer started. Now the air conditioner doesn't get cold at all even with the coolent full. There has got to be some place better.. so I am going to start going there.

I have been a mechanic since the 1970??s doing all my own work. I raced a F/SA in the 1970??s being a NHRA record holder for several years so I do know cars! One thing I can??t do at home of course is front-end alignment so I took my recently rebuilt car to Fletchers to have the front end aligned. I had replaced ALL the front-end parts already but I now needed to have everything adjusted.
When I dropped it off I told them everything was new so call me if you run into problems. After a few hours I get a call from their ??head?? mechanic that tells me that in order to adjust the front end they would have to add a .750? shim (that??s of an inch!) to behind the a-frame. He went on to explain that because I installed a ??heavy? Corvette motor I overloaded the frame!!! This alone should throw up a red flag to anyone that knows cars at all. First, a Corvette motor is the same basic motor that was installed in my Monte Carlo when new so they weigh the same; in fact the Vette motor has aluminum heads so they are about 70 lbs lighter than my original motor. How did he arrive at the fact that I had a Vette motor? Well, I had installed a Tuned Port Injection in place of a carburetor so using his incredible mechanical insight he arrived at that answer.
I realized my car was in the hands of a complete amateur so I told him to put it back together and don??t touch another thing as I was going to come by and pick it up. When I got there I wanted to simply pay for their time and leave but the manager wanted to try to explain to me (who he thought was a dumb customer that didn??t know cars) I told him I wanted my car and didn??t want to get into a discussion about his mechanic who I said knew NOTHING about cars. He told me that the mechanic I was talking about was his best man. I had to laugh and asked what his worst mechanic was like!! He went on to try to convince me that a car as old as mine the frame rails started to ??spread-out?? and sag!!! This is total bull, doesn??t happen, never did, never will!!! Those frames are solid, you can check a frame built in 1970 and used daily and it will be within a few thousandths of an inch after all these years?. I found it incredible that the manager would say that or even think it!! I said they should stick to changing oil and leave the mechanical stuff alone. My neighbor who knows almost nothing about cars knew that this story was ridiculous? I do have to add that the assistant manager who the manager tried to get onto his side said ??I agree with him, the ??Vette motor is lighter than the motor he replaced plus those frames are overbuilt. No way they can ??spread out??!!? The manager gave him a dirty look as he shrugged his shoulders.
I took my car to Network Alignment the next day and told them to keep a record of the shim sizes so I could show the manager. I picked it up a few hours later and he told me that he only had to add a .0020? (that??s 20-thousandth of an inch NOT of an inch!!!) to bring in right in!!! When I told them about my experiences at Fletcher these guys had a good laugh!
I sent the copy of their (Fletcher??s work order) with a copy of Network??s alignment sheet to Fletcher??s and said ??Why don??t you post this at your place of business?? Needless to say, I don??t think that happened!!!
In the long run, I blame myself? when I told my wife I was taking over there for alignment she said ??You know you will regret it!? and she was right!
I will NEVER take my car or let my friends be subjected to such incompetence as this company shells out on a daily basis.
If you must take it there (an I don??t know why you would) keep a close track of work performed and question everything. If you aren??t sure take along a friend that knows cars.
I see from the other review that they are not above ripping off women, but it might not be that they are TRYING, it just might be that they are so Incompetent that this is business as usual!!

I have been a mechanic since the 1970??s doing all my own work. I raced a F/SA in the 1970??s being a NHRA record holder for several years so I do know cars! One thing I can??t do at home of course is front-end alignment so I took my recently rebuilt car to Fletchers to have the front end aligned. I had replaced ALL the front-end parts already but I now needed to have everything adjusted.

I wouldn't trust Fletcher's. I took my car in for an oil change. They insisted that I needed new brake pads even though the brake fluid was not far below the maximum level and quoted me upwards of $300 for the job- to change brake pads! To boot, about five hours after I left there my car which had been running fine starts shutting itself off when I wasn't on the gas. Turns out a hose had been disconnected. Look elsewhere for your car needs.
