After receiving horrible customer service from the verizon store in Arizona Mills, I tried to solve my phone problems at this branch, and was pleasantly surprised. Great customer service, shorter wait times, more knowledgeable workers, and easier to access.

This company is by far the best wireless company we have been with. It is very rare for a call to drop; the coverage area is HUGE! The calling plans are great, and you are always able to call people who are In (also having a Verizon calling plan) completely free. Nights and weekends are free, and the hours are reasonable. Their customer service is great; if you have a problem with your phone, you can just take it in and they fix it up for you real quick.
