I got my hair done here for my wedding and my Senior Prom and both times I loved the result and within the that time fram I paid the exact same amount both times. The salon is beautifully set-up and the staff is so friendly. The results are also worth the money. They even do nails, make-up and so much more.

I went to this salon for the first time August 2005, for a cut and style. Upon my arrival, I was not greeted by the receptionist, she just pointed to the sign up sheet and told me to sign in if I had an appointment. I had to wait about 20 minutes as I was told the stylist was running behind. About 30 minutes later the stylist was ready. I showed her the picture of how I wanted my hair and and she begain to cut. The end result was ok but not worth the price. The stylist was not very friendly and did not really say a word to me through out the whole process. The only time she decided to talk was when the cut was done and it was time to pay the bill. Maybe she finally realized that her tip would also depend on the level of customer service she provided. When I went to pay, the receptionist asked how everything was, I told her that the stylist seemed unhappy today and that I would probably not be back and her response was "oh, that is unfortunate". I would not receommend this salon. It is a low class salon that tries to hide behind high prices.

I scheduled my wedding trial and wedding day services with the salon. When I finished my trial they changed the pricing of my services from $133 to over $210 and those of my wedding party from $23 to $43. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. When I complained they canceled my wedding service 2 weeks before the wedding. They don't operate with integrity or ethics
