We used this company to sell our house and were pleased. They offer a flat rate fee to sell your house that can be as little as 1% of the sales price of the house. Though you have to work a tad bit harder, have your own open house and allow people to see your house when your home, it is well worth it because of the money you save. The staff is friendly and they have the ability to traditionally market your house as well. The service is good as I was alway able to get a hold of someone within the hour even in the evening.

PROS: Very good pricing, good service, good marketing
CONS: Have to have your own open house
