I have been a customer at 3A for somewhat over 5 years. A few months ago, 3A replaced leaking valve cover gaskets on my Trooper. During the following few weeks, the Trooper's oil consumption seemed higher than it should be. The tech at 3A discovered one of the new valve cover gaskets was leaking. Result? 3A accepted full responsibility and replaced the leaking gasket with a new one at no cost to me. This episode is a clear reflection of the honest business ethics by which Jim Alauria and his employees conduct themselves. If 3A says it's 2 0'clock, you don't have to look at your watch.

I have been taking my vehicles to 3A for several years. They have ALLWAYS provided complete and quality service. Adrian keeps me informed on the status of the repair, accurate estimates, completed on time and the price is competive with other facilities. I would recommend them at any time.

First, WE MUST tell you that we have lived in Phoenix since 1998 and have NEVER experienced honesty, integrity, attention to detail and UNBEATABLE value as we have with 3A Automotive in Phoenix. Over the years we have owned domestic and foreign cars and always maintain them...we've patronized independant repair shops as well as dealers the past 14 years here and 3A AUTOMOTIVE is the BENCHMARK for OUTSTANDING SERVICE. They are thorough and their ASE certified mechanics really are the BEST. IT DOESN'T SURPRISE ME THEY HAVE A EXCEPTIONAL RATING WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AS WELL AS AAA CERTIFIED REPAIR FACILITY. Don't waste your time, money anywhere else...you will be thrilled with everything they offer...truly amazing...in EVERY way!!!

Since moving to the Phx area more than 5 years ago, we have had several opportunities to have 3A Automotive work on our van. They have always been quick and efficient, totally honest and helpful. In these days of "tight" money and a fixed income, this business has been most helpful for this senior couple. All their workers are friendly and polite, waiting room is comfortable, and driver for trip to and from home most polite and careful. Even the coffee is special!

I heard of 3A from my best friend who said they always took their vehicles there because the place was honest and didn't sell you needs you didn't have! Over the years I have found it to be true and the shop to be honest, reliable, courteous, do quality work and go above and beyond the call of duty. Jim even re-attached a gouged off side mirror on my car at no charge and won my heart! I trust them! In this day and age: that says a lot!!

I have known Jim and his family for several years. I have always found them to be honest,reliable and straight forward.3A was first referred to me by a friend. They have taken care of my vehicles since that time and have kept me running. That's really important in my business,commercial real estate. You'll feel good about the service and treatment from the folks at 3A.

Over the past few years, I have taken my vehicles to 3A, as well as my children's vehicles. Jimmy and the crew there are the most honest you'll find anywhere. They are a family owned and operated business and stand behind their work, and never try to "sell" you anything you don't need. Their customer service is excellent--they go the second mile to make sure you are taken care of. Even more than the fact that they are extremely ethical and professional, they are also very community oriented and do many good works throughout the community for children especially. I highly recommend them.

Need an auto service you can trust? 3A has staff that cares and will go the extra mile for there customers. They also have free seminars for women --- "What to do if your car should break down' Wonderful class. I carry there phone number in my purse.

We've taken two personal vehicles and a work truck and trailer and have always had a great experience. Certainly seem to be more honest than a dealership and other automotive shops we've tried out. When you get a quote, that's the price. We will keep going back.
