Rossmar & Graham is a very professional and well run organization. If you are looking for a management company that truly makes the board memebers lives easier, I would recomend Rossmar.

I would encourage everyone looking for an honest review of Rossmar&Graham to scroll down, past the professionally written, positive, paid reviews. Read the reviews written by REAL people with real experiences dealing with Rossmar&Graham.
They are absolutely the worst company around to deal with. They will impose bogus charges on your account, made-up late fees, nobody will return your phone calls or emails. Only after I spent over a $1000 on lawyers did they agree to reverse the false charges and wrote a letter of apology.
Do NOT hire them; do NOT deal with them if you can help it. Consider yourself warned. And again, check the reviews toward the bottom of the page.

I want to say thank you on behalf of the entire Greer Ranch South Board for the appreciation dinner last night and for all that you do for our community, as we also do not say thank you often as we should, to those individuals that work within your company. I know the majority of us get caught-up in our daily lives and often take things for granted. It is truly a great pleasure in working with such an elite organization with professional and talented individuals.

Overall I'm not a huge fan of homeowner's associations, but our recent experience with management from Rossmar & Graham has changed our opinion. I guess it just takes one neighbor creating a huge problem to appreciate the reason HOA's were created in the first place.

After asking nicely in person on 3 occasions, I had the door slammed in my face and dared by my neighbor to do something about it. Well, finally I did. I simply called the offices of Rossmar and Graham and within a month the situation was corrected - permanently.

Thanks to R & G I no longer have to look at my neighbor's boat every time I look out the front window, nor do I have to pull the weeds from their front yard out of embarrassment.

My advice to you all: I WON'T live in a community without an HOA ever again.

Our HOA is managed by Rossmar & Graham. We've had no problems with them whatsoever in the two years we've lived here. In our previous HOA our experience was much different!

They handle problems effectively, efficiently and in a timely manner. They also go above and beyond the call of duty many times. They also have a great manager and area manager who are very knowledgeable. They are an industry leader and they use superior technology, such as e-bills and email that go out to homeowners.

Rossmar and Graham has managed my home for 7 years (3 years in Scottsdale and 4 years in my current home).

I appreciate the hard work they do on my association's behalf and for enforcing the rules that many people wouldn't follow otherwise. I see other communities with LOTS of weeds and disrepair and I'm thankful I never have to worry about that!

This is most useless company. They don't know anything about their management. It seems that their job is to rip you off, and do nothing. Run away if you can. They disconnected me five times while they transfering my call.

I've had the fortune of dealing with a number of HOA management companies and while the vast majority of them go out of their way to please their clients, every experience I've had with Rossmar & Graham has been the exact opposite.

Every interaction with Rossmar & Graham will cost you money, there is a fee for everything on top of the monthly charges you already pay. Not only that, but they won't tell you what the fee is for either. In the most recent example of this behavior I found a brand new fee on my monthly invoice (it just showed up for no particular reason). When I inquired about the fee it took seven email exchanges and three escalations to actually get someone to tell me why the fee was incurred. When I asked whether the fee was reoccurring I was specifically told "No, the fee is not reoccurring." Guess what showed up on the next monthly statement - yeap, same fee...

At the end of the day this is only the latest in a long series of examples of how Rossmar & Graham goes out of its way to frivolously charge its clients, lie to them about why, and hide between layers of bureaucracy that at the end of the day do nothing but detract from home owners ability to interact with the HOA yet are paid for by the home owners.

Oh, be very aware of the address they put in small print in the lower right bottom of your invoice. This is where you need to submit your payment and they are notorious for changing this address without any notification to you what-so-ever. Now understand, they still receive the checks sent to the prior address but they spend the effort to determine that your community payments were supposed to go elsewhere and they reject the payment. Again, they "reject" this without any communication to you except for a "late fee" showing up on your next invoice. They changed the address I was supposed to submit payments to three times over the course of two years and of course I succumbed to their tactics and just started paying the late fee because getting any help from them is just too painful - which is exactly what they want every homeowner to do.

If you have any choice, say, vote, or influence on whether or not your community does business or continues to do business with Rossmar & Graham do yourself and your community a massive failure and drop Rossmar & Graham as fast as possible.

I am really happy that this company manages my HOA. I was on the board of an HOA when I lived in Maryland, and I only wish we had Rossmar & Graham. They have all these great resources because they are a big company, and their community managers really know the business because they get continuing education. I am going to run for the board of my current HOA, and I look forward to working with this company.

Rossmar and Graham are truly rip off artists. They send out invoices called "rebill statements" and when they do that they charge another $20.00 on top of the $15.00 late fee and on top of interest. 3 late fees for one late payment. It is illegal and yet they continue to do it.

This property Manager seems like she just got out of prison the way she tries to rip everyone off. Nobody in the company answers their phone OR returns phone calls. They pick and choose who they want to send letters too. You are not a Customer in their HOA you are Trapped. I am in the process of recommending to the board of directors that we remove these Morons from our HOA and find a new company. I don't recommend this company... furthermore when I buy a new home if the HOA is rossmar it would be a deal breaker. They use Unlicenced contractors.... I am confident the property manager is pocketing cash.

I've experienced Rossmar&Graham using deceptive invoicing - i.e. they seem to purposely send monthly invoices to wrong addresses - all for the seeming purpose to increase their cash flow via collecting "late fees" or "legal fees" that are pure bogus. They refused to send their invoices to my house address, which prevented me from making my monthly payment- because I NEVER received their invoices! Then I get nasty "Dunning" type letters from lawyers wanting their money, etc. What a scheme - then they threatened to suit me - and....never would/could produce the Invoices they claim I owed them money for. Its obviously a scheme to bilk more $$ out of their customers!

They don't have a clue that the homeowner is their customer. They only work with themselves. Homeowners are belittled by the very people that we are paying the salary for. They have been repeatedly deceptive.

They may be purposefully messing up billlings (changing payment addresses, etc) so as to assess fines and late fees.

They generally use their own companies for maintenance, etc., so seriously doubt that the HOA is getting the best value for the dollar.

R & G screwed up everyone's payments and then fined everyone.

They could care less what the individual homeowner thinks of them.

We have had terrible experience with them. Their managers on the site are "good ol gals and boys" and anything you try to change gets nixed.

They are arrogant to a fault. I would highly recommend staying away from any of their properties.

Always call some tenants or fromer tenants and ask what the association meetings are like and you will see what I mean.

Our HOA just hired Rossmar and Graham a few months ago and the difference between our old management company and our new one? Night and Day. Their communication is outstanding and we have seen quite a difference in our neighborhood already.

They are the most unresponsive, unprofessional, "pass the buck" homeowners association I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Not to mention expensive! I don't mind paying $$ for good service but to pay for the treatment they give is unacceptable! I do not recommend.
