Greulich's Automotive

I am so glad that we found Greulich's as a mechanic when we moved to Arizona. They have been consistently fair and honest and won't do work unless it needs to be done.. They are always able to return our vehicles in the timeframe they promise.

I brought my Saturn to them because the service engine soon light was on and it would not pass emissions. First, they said it would take about an hour to fix and it took 2 1/2 hours to fix. Then they said they fixed it. I took it home and after an hour the service engine soon light went back on. I took it right back. They took it in and told me to drive it about 100 miles and it should turn off. Come on. I did that and it still did not go off. I took it down first thing the following day. They made me wait 3 hours before they even looked at it. They finally fixed it after 4 1/2 hours . They were very condescending and very unprofessional
