We had Gem Carpet Care come to clean our carpets when we moved and I was amazed at how great they looked. Wish I had had them cleaned sooner so we could enjoy them ourselves. They are fast and will pay special attention if you have a particular stain. They will also come back if you have a spot come back up. I felt that the price they charged for a 3bdrm home was very reasonable.

I was very impressed with this company. They did a very great job on my carpets, and were fast and efficient. The price was great too! They were really friendly when I asked them to come back and take care of a stain that had popped back up. They fixed it in no time flat. They are excellent!
PROS: fast, cheap, and great customer service
CONS: not a huge company yet, so call ahead for an appointment
