They did some repairs from storm damage that was leaking, initially it didnt leak so we were not concerned. Now that it started leaking it was time to call a professional. They had a good estimate that was accurate when the job was done. I thought they completed a thorough job and I am satisfied with their wor
My roof has been needing more and more attention over the last few years so I decided it needed to go. Rincon was one of the last companies that came out for a repair and we liked them and their work. We are very happy with the new roof and I dont think I will need another roofer for about 20 years or so. I hope theyre still around then.
Rincon was very helpful - At no point did I ever feel like I was being taken advantage of or given incorrect info. They were able to go through the exact steps with me of what needed to be done with my roof repair. I am happy I chose Dan and Rincon to get the job done.
I have been long overdue for for a roof. The 20 year we had put on was done about 30 years ago. The sun had really taken a toll on it. When I called Rincon they were pleasant to deal with and more professional than the few other companies I did call. The roof turned out great and should be good for another 40 years or so.
My new roof looks great and fixed all my old problems. It??s so nice to literally have a roof over your head. The job took less time than I thought it would and the cleanup they did after was immaculate. Aside from the new roof you couldn??t tell it was a construction site the day before.
Thanks to Rincon my roof is no longer leaking. They did a great job, wonderful craftsmanship, and were very kind when I asked them the millions of questions I had. I hope I never have problems with my roof again, but if I do, you can be assured that I will call Rincon Roofing again!
Please look elsewhere for your roofing needs. I unfortunately inherited this company as I purchased the home after they had re-done the roof the same month of purchase. I had water leaks causing significant interior damage. While they did show up to patch the outdoor water leaks, they never followed through on the interior repairs. I spent 6 months wasting time on phone calls never returned and appointments for which they never showed. Please see all other reviews online if you don't trust my account - I've yet to see a good one. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and demonstrate poor workmanship.
i hired this company to come and do repairs on my house which started out at $500 which seemed very reasonable untill next time it rained as i had more leaks that showed uo all over my house. I called them back to do the repairs which they said they coud do for the sum of $3800, so i went ahead and had them repair it, the very next rain we had even more leaks so then they decided to tell me i needed a whole new roof costing more than $18000 i was very upset with them as they could of told me this at the time. So i had enough by this time so i called another company they came out and told me they could fix this for a good price and coat the whole roof for $3000 with a 5 year warranty so i went with the new company and we have had several rains since with no leaks

Although I did not personally hire Rincon Roofing to do my roof, I purchased a home in 2008 and just now found out that they are the ones who did the roof back in 2002 when the original owners still lived in our house. How did we find this out? Well, there was a leak. We had someone come check out the roof and as he fixed the roof, he discovered that the shingle nails were 1/2 inch and were going through the board under the shingles. The nails had splintered and cracked the boards leading to openings in the roof where water dripped in. According to our new roofer, this leakage has been going on for years now because the insulation is all gray and damaged (originally was pink). So now we are having to sink around $5k into our roof to have it COMPLETELY redone because of the poor workmanship from Rincon Roofing. I can't say what their work ethics were, but from what I read of the previous person's comment, I wouldn't doubt that's how it was. When I called their office to even find out that they did indeed do our roof (thanks to our neighbor's information) they had an attitude and couldn't even look up the job by address. Luckily, we have the name of the previous owner so they looked it up that way. The lady that helped me was very snide and told me "Well, if it was done 5 years ago, there's no warranty left." I said I didn't care about that, just trying to find out who did such a crappy job on my roof. I will be contacting the president of the company and I will provide an update if I hear back.

Buyers beware. I received proposals for a new roof from what I thought was two separate companies. I received bids from Bob's Roofing and Rincon Roofing. I chose the Rincon bid because they priced out the roof work separately so that I could choose which options I wanted or did not want whereas Bob's priced everything together.
There was no communication from Rincon once I signed the contract. They just showed up six weeks later without advance notice and began to hammer away at 5:30 one morning. Unfortunately I had neither advance notice nor any instructions on how I was supposed to prepare my home.
The men who were assigned to my house were loud and disrespectful. They left doors and gates open even though they knew that my dog was outside and trashed the entire perimeter of my house with tar overspray. One of their trucks ran off of my driveway and destroyed new landscaping.
I could have tolerated some of this knowing that a roof is not the cleanest project but my head hurt and my ears were ringing from the very loud Spanish radio station blaring from the AM radio in their truck. You guessed it...one speaker blown and the other crackled. Not once did they turn it down.
When the job was complete they left. A couple of weeks later I received a couple of calls letting me know that they would be back to seal the roof but I was told to submit receipts for the damage to my home.
This was a very unpleasant experience. This company is very poorly organized. They have an inept management team and deceptive owners.
When I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau I learned that Rincon and Bob's are owned by the same person. I think this should have been disclosed to me given that I received separate proposals from each company. All I wanted is for them to clean up the mess they left and to replace the landscaping they destroyed. I don?t think that is unreasonable. I paid in excess of $9,000 to Rincon for this job.

CONS: Deceptive, sloppy, reckless, negligent, rude,
