Bow Wow's Pet Grooming

I picked my dog up after grooming at Bow Wow's. They tried to tell me that she already had a scratch on her eye that had "opened up" when she was groomed. The cut was so bad that they had to put surgical glue on her eyelid to stop the bleeding. I could have accepted the fact that my dog wiggled and they cut her - accidents happen. But due to the deception and dishonesty, I will tell everyone I know how bad these people are. Needless to say, my dog will never go back there again.

This place is awful!! The owner is nasty!!She actually kicked in the presence of my husband.She also swore at my husband.The place is very dirty and smells terrible.Do not take your dog here!!!

I took my dog there and they were very rough with her. Each time she would come to me very scared when I picked her up. The last straw was when I took her in for grooming and the groomer injured my dog to the extent I had to take her to the veterinarian. The groomer recommended I do so, as there w2as bleeding. They still charged me for the grooming...

The vet charged me to clean and dress the would and prescribed antibiotics. Even thought the representative and the owner had offered me reimbursement, they reneged when I presented the bill.
I will never go back to this place. The owner was rude, and the staff discourteous.
