I liked this business because the people are friendly and helpful. The jewelry is beautiful, and I have several pieces from here that are excellent quality. The only problem I have had was when my husband bought me an anniversary ring from here, and it was too big. I went to have it sized and cleaned, and told them I needed a 4.5. They measured my finger, and said that was correct and told me when it would be ready. When I returned to pick it up, they took a black ring out of the bag(the ring was silver). As I held it a thin layer of black grunge fell off to reveal the silver. I was asked to try it on, and did. I was sized so small that my finger turned blue, and I almost could not get it off. They said it must be that my fingers were bigger than I said. They resized it to 5, and when I returned for it, sure enough, it was too big, and it still had a bit of black stuff on it. I lied and told them it was fine, bought a spacer, and clean it at home now. The jewelry is wonderful but forget the cleaning/warrany package, and either take it somewhere else or clean it yourself.
