I had occasion to call Runyon's twice in the past week, first for a broken dishwasher (KitchenAid), and then a few days later for a broken built in oven (Whirlpool). Service Technician George came out both times. He assessed and repaired both appliances in a courteous and timely manner, and prepared a detailed invoice of the work done. Runyon's charges were quite reasonable, and they even let me know that the cost of the heat sensor on my oven (which had to be replaced) had actually gone <i>down</i> 50 dollars. I was pleased with the professionalism of George, and would not hesitate to call Runyon's again.

I have dealt with Runyon Appliance for more than a decade and ALWAYS have received only EXCELLENT and speedy service and reasonable rates for labor. When dealing with an appliance repair company such as Runyon's Appliance, one can count on courteous staff who take care of customers' needs in a timely manner with honest and reliable service!! I recommend them to all of my friends and aquaintances and have never heard any complaints regarding this company from anyone.

Did not have a good experience with Runyon. They scheduled the appointment for the wrong day, even after I followed up to confirm. When I contacted them, they made no attempt to make it right.

I guess Adrienne (reviewer below) was lucky because I had a terrible experience with this store. They claimed to have fixed my oven door when they came out and two days later is broke again. They charged me a labor charge and when I called to have them come out again they said that they would have to charge me another labor charge, as well as a service charge. Ridiculous! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT FIX YOUR PROBLEM!

I had my dishwasher repaired by this company. The day after they fixed my dishwasher it broke. I called them back and they came back in a timely manner to fix it again for free. I then had a problem with my home warranty company trying to charge me for 2 service calls. I called Runyon and they got everything settled with my home warranty service. They called me back to let me know and didn't make me wait. Reputable, would recommend them to anyone.
