I love eating here for Mexican food. The service is outstanding. The food is delicious starting with the chips and salsa brought to your table. I always get the chimichanga or the chili rellano. The prices are extremely cheap for the portion size.
They have one table where you can sit with former President Bill Clinton (he is painted on the wall - very cool).
The staff here is attentive. I just dare you to see if you can have an empty glass for more than a minute! They will be back to take care of you quickly.
Pros: price, taste, portion size, atmosphere, friendly staff
Cons: small parking lot, not in a great part of town

This mexican retaurant is different from any I have ever been to. You can go in to eat or you can order outside at the takeout windor (and lots of people do)! The food is nothing extraordinary, but it is very tasty. Great chips and salsa and rice and beans. I love their enchiladas. A really good place to take out mexican food! Service isn't really fast, but decent. Not expensive - $4-$10 a plate or so.
PROS: Good Tasting Mexican Take-Out!
CONS: slow service sometimes

I had tacos and they were so delicious. The food was great and affordable. The menu had a variety of items and the atmosphere was cozy and charming. Its a pretty big place though it doesnt look like it from outside. There is bar if your looking to have a drink.I would definately recommend.

Very good casual cheap mexican restaurant. Famous for Bill Clinton eating there during a PHX visit. Lot's of his photos around the place. Food was very typical but had great flavor and was very cheap. Margaritas were basic but still good. No wait for a table and has a walk up window if you dont want to go inside and sit down. I had the taco/enchilada combo and it was great.
PROS: Very few restaurant in the area and this is a good one
CONS: Service was only so-so
