It is so hard to find a really good repair shop and I have found a really GREAT repair shop. They were so nice and so extremely helpful. They were fast to order the part I needed and di a superb job with the painting and install. Everthing went so well. You just don't find this kind of reliability and service. I highly recomed Tracy's Auto Body. Simply the best!!

I recently purchased the Toyota for my daughter and soon after she had someone throw a D Cell battery at the car, causing a hole in the right rear door. The dealer wanted to "skin"the door and charge an exhoribant amount ( with a $1000 deductible this is my bill). I was referred by a friend to Tracy's. He met promptly was curtious and after a quick assessment, promised the car for less money than the dealer by fixing the hole. Moreover, he said he would have it finished in time for my daughter's vacation. The car was fixed perfectly and on time. I would go back any time and I would recommend his shop to anyone.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Chip Tracy and his team. Not only did they do amazing work and make my car look good as new, having been in an accident in Mexico, I was a little worried about how responsive the Mexican insurance company would be. Chip was so good about working with the adjustor and claims office. He even handled most of the phone calls and adjustment issues. He is honest and really committed to making his customers happy. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

I recently received a "rear ended" Accord with substantial suspension damage back from Chip. The car is in better alignment than when new. It looks vastly improved as compared to the last $400+ detail service to the car! Chip is genuinely concerned about the well-being of his customers. I was referred to Tracys by SalemBoys who I have a great respect for... and I wasn't disappointed!The original quality of my Lexus SUV was great until a large Utah doe suddenly appeared in front of me in the middle of the night at 60mph (me, not the deer)!The total damage was over $9K but State Farm was pleased that I wanted Tracys to do the repair work, and everything went smoothly.When it was time to pick up the Lexus it was no problem leaving another vehicle in the front parking area for the weekend so we could take the repaired car for a trip on down to Tucson.It's now been more than a year and the body work and paint have had plenty of time to show any flaws but the final results can't be distinguished from the original factory finish! This is the way the auto repair world should work, mcockrill2@cox.net

My name is A.V. Chacko. I am a repeat customer at Tracy's Auto Body. As a matter of fact I have referred 3 other friends to Tracy's.On October 02, 2007 I gave my wife's car - 2007 Jeep Liberty - for body work. Shop told me it will take a week to repair the vehicle. We rented a car through our Insurance State Farm. On Friday evening I received a call from Tracy's to pick up the car. I was impressed that they finished the job sooner. However, I was in the middle of admitting a COPD critical care patient. (I am a healthcare professional.). I mentioned to the caller that I am unable to leave my location to pick up the car. She insisted to give my credit card information and close Tracy's account. I attempted to explain my circumstance to her.She immediately called State Farm and notified them that I refused to pick up my car. State Farm Representative gave me a very irate call and demanded to return the rental immediately. I explained my circumstance to him and finally he agreed to extend the rental through Monday October 8, 2007.I believe either:1. Tracy's one week estimate was wrong2. Tracy's representative refused to consider the critical situation I was in and was interested in making the collection for the week.3. To accomplish her goal she instigated the State Farm Representative to call me.I am a Business man. All of us in business face critical moments. I understand there are many cheaters and liars in this world. But everyone is not a cheater and a liar. Tracy's representative failed to accept my explanation. Had I left the COPD patient, her life could have been in danger. Yes, there are people who deal with life and death. As a business community we must know that and stop treating all our customers as chats and liars.Tracy's was in business before I did business with them. I was incredibly impressed by all of the staff I came in contact with at Tracys. They were incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions during the estimate. Their work was quick and I've had no problems with the car since then. I would recommend Tracys to anyone in need of body repair.

Tracy's Auto Body works on all makes and models of cars, trucks, and SUV's. We also work will all major insurance companies. Our hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. You may stop my for free estimate on your vehicle any time that is Convenient for you. It is Arizona State Law that you can get your car repaired where ever you would like. So your insurance company can not legally say that you have to go to one shop over another. They might try to get you to go a direct repair shop of theirs but you can go where ever you want and we will work with your insurance company to make sure that your vehicle is fixed correctly. We also offer a life time warranty on all of the work we do. If you need a ride to our location or from it to your home or work then we will gladly give you one. We wash and vacuum all of the cars we repair for free. We also offer a detailing service, see detailing tab. We accept cash, Visa, master card, debit cards, cashers checks, and insurance checks. We also have a Detailer on site.
