This is my fourth time buying a Kia. I had a used Sorento that I traded for a 2011 Soul. Great car! My experiences at Earnhardt have always been easy and wonderful. Working with Darin Yantzer in sales was a real pleasure. Not only is he not high pressure, but very nice and worked hard at getting me the car I would be happy with at a price I could afford. I will go see him for any future cars I hope to buy and highly recommend you try talking with him first if you're looking to buy.
I know I will love my 2014 Soul - it's a great value and fun to drive!

I had been talking to a salesman at big bell kia, named dave, about a toyota tacoma they had for sale, I emailed him and asked if it was still availible, he says, "what time will you be comming down", I told him I wanted to know if this truck was still availible before I came all the way down to phoenix from show low, he tells me yes its still availible. I traveled three and a half hours to get this truck, on my way down to phoenix I get an email from kia that reads, "ARE YOU COMMING?" " I see that you read my email!!! Just let me know if your comming or not, cuz I cant hold the keysfrom these guys much longer I have told themyou are on your way from sho lo and its sold!!! But if you dont come then I will look like a liar!! "

this email was sent at 11:14 am, I called kia and spoke with dave and asked if the tacoma was still availible, he did not answer my question, his first response was "when will you be here?" I told him I was only comming if the tacoma was availible, he told me it was, it was a little after noon when I called, I arrived at bell kia between 2 and 3 pm, I was told the truck was sold the day before by another sales man. Unacceptable. more than 7 hours of driving, I called twice to make sure it was there, I also sent three emails. Really? dave is a retard, and so is the boss that hired him. Big bell kia has no idea how to do business, I advise any buyers to beware of such a dishonest, careless, and thoughtless company.

I bought my car back in Aug 2009; got a smoking deal b/c they only needed 1 more car to make bonus. I was very excited... Then the very next day, because the guy did not put a deposit hold on my check, I dropped off a cashier??s check for $15k, they deposited my check that they were supposed to hold; causing me to get fees on my checking account. They did reimburse my fees, however it caused me to be late to work as I had to sit there for 4 hours before they would give me an answer... Then they misplaced the copy of my driver??s license. So I gave them another copy.... a month later, another copy... another month later, another copy and finally a 4 fourth copy when I gave it to the owner, Angie... 9 Months after I bought my car, 4 months after I paid it off.... what do I get?! Another phone call asking for a copy of the driver??s license.... Really?! So I told them no, they are not getting another copy. The response I received in return, ??well someone??s going to have to pay for it.? And I stated to the guy, they can take it out of the initial salesman pocket. 2 days later, I get a call from Angie stating she needs the information. I refused and told her that I will not be held responsible for their error. They are completely incompetent and unprofessional people. I have a little bit of a balance for my extended warranty and after that is paid I will never buy anything from this bogus establishment!!

This dealership is the typical large company attempting to screw over the little buyer. I am an 18 year old student. I just graduated high school, I am an advanced placement scholar, I graduated with honors, I was varsity soccer all four years, and I worked as much as possible at minimum wage. I saved for all four years, needed a car, and went to Bell Road Kia. I was sold a 2004 Kia Rio which appeared to be in great shape. Little did I know, within 300 miles of driving it, which took less than 5 weeks, my clutch was completely blown, my fuel assembly line was burning gas like a fire, and my timing belt was competely worn. Having gone in within my pathetic 2 week warranty, I asked them to replace a fuel pump. They did, it took about 4 hours. I was ok with that, until the car stopped running. So I went to Tempe Kia which performed outstanding service. They gave me a diagnosti within an hour and said " I'm not sure how they missed all of these imperfections and damaged items". They gave me a quote of nearly $1,500. An amazing quote for a car that i paid $4,800 for in cash!!! So, I contacted Bell Road Kia, we argued, and ultimately gave me a quote for the clutch which cost more than Tempe Kia! How pathetic of a dealership. I am going to finish with this. This dealership is conniving and preying on consumers. No wonder dealerships get bad reps. This dealership is pathetic. I will no longer even take it there for an oil change... and Bell Road Kia, if your owner reads this, please email me and I'll look forward to giving you a real piece of my, 18 year old mind.

All in all, our experience was very positive. During our phone interview from Kia, we ranked everything from the salesperson to our new car as outstanding.

I bought my Kia Rio a year ago and have been happy with it. The things that I didn't like were:

1) I was paying for the car in full with cash, but they dealer insisted they had to run my credit score to perform the transaction.

2) The service department is fairly good, but you can tell they are doing warranty work and not getting cash from most customers. Don't expect speedy appointments or lightning fast service once you get there.

3) I went for an advertised deal, which was good, but part of the savings were wiped out by a hideously expensive ($1,200) tint job on the window. C'mon, they paid $50, if that, to put that on.
