If I could offer negative stars I certainly would.

On 3/26 I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and wash. $118, and several hours, later I was on my way.

Within a few days, my husband noticed an oil leak.

Not realizing the connection, I took my car to Pinnacle Nissan, where the service manager explained to me that the reason for the leak was because the oil filter had not been replaced properly. He expressed concern that the filter was "dangling" and could have fallen off "at any time" draining my vehicle of oil and seizing the motor.

I placed a call to the service department where I first spoke with Francisco, who was very appropriate and helpful, but was then directed to the "service manager."

From the moment that the "manager" picked up the phone he began reprimanding me for not returning my vehicle to him to be repaired, reported that "everyone makes mistakes" and offered to provide me with a free oil change in the future. I declined, given the fear I now have about the quality of care my vehicle received at the last visit and requested a refund. He flatly declined and reported that he had already given me the oil and the fact that it is scattered across the road and all over my garage has no bearing on the fact that it was provided. In my opinion the essence of the agreement to pay for an oil change is highly contingent upon the oil actually remaining in the vehicle, a point that this manager and I may have to agree to disagree on.

The conversation lasted for over 25 minutes with mostly him speaking over me, or down to me. Despite that, he agreed to speak with his leader about what could be offered to make amends and return my call. 2 weeks later and several messages left with their owner and I have yet to hear from anyone.

So, if you are looking to put your vehicle in jeopardy, wait for hours and and hours, and then be disrespected and spoken down to, all for the going rate of $118, by all means. As for my friends and family. We will certainly not be returning. This is the most unprofessional ridiculous service I have ever heard of.

This car wash really does a good job of washing the car and cleaning the inside as well and washing the windows.They have been there for quite a while.They also have a nice store to look around while you are waiting and you might find something to buy in there too.
