Service? What service?
by Ty H.
I bought my new eclipse from this dealership in August. The car is great, however when I went back to get my oil changed and tires rotated my experience has not been that great. After my car was done, I felt an alignment problem that I hadn't felt before (car only has 6K miles). I brought the car back two times to get the alignment corrected before they called me crazy and were rude and unsympathetic to my cause. He told me for him to check the alignment again he would have to charge me. This car is brand new and it STILL drifts to the left. I can't trust Mitsubishi with this very simple adjustment, so what happens if something serious happens to my car? Who can I trust?

Horrible Customer Service
by Jeff V.
Wow, what can I say...unprofessional and no class. I was also treated like crap like the other comment on here. It was probably the same guy, I would know his name if he introduced himself to me, but the didn't. He has to be the Assistant Manager or Sales Manager.
Basically, the salesman was full of crap over the phone. I was already at one Mitsubishi dealership and I knew exactly what I could get for my trade, and what the value of the new car would be. It was very simple, cash was involved. The numbers were no where close and the SM or AM threw my keys on the counter and in a unprofessional way, he said, "what are you trying to accomplish here". A simple, "we can't do that offer", would have been fine with me...F-

Big Two Mitsubishi ---Typical Scammers
by C B.
All I will say about Big Two Mitsubishi is be aware....very aware... when stepping onto the lot. It's not even about the regret or being taken because that's always a risk in buying a vehicle. However, when the sales persons literally takes a customer just because it's all about the money, is beyond any conception of how 'do they sleep at night?" Of course, the sales people act like your best friend to make a sale, but the sales manager (wish I could remember his name), was a total jerk and should never have talked to a customer as he did. I know this is all hindsight and I'm just learning about his rudeness after all is said and done. Our decision in being suckered is being 'lived with" and it's definitely a lesson learned. Buying a car is stressful and reality is "buyer beware"....but just keep this in mind.....don't trust these people. They just want your money. I don't know the correct email address to submit this review to Big Two, otherwise they would be getting a copy of this as well. Maybe, just maybe it will be helpful to anyone that may considering going through them.
PROS: I do try to find the best in people, but sorry to say....I can't find any.
CONS: Rude, pushy and unacceptable customer service.

We purchased a new vehicle here and found our experience pretty pleasant as far as buying a new car goes. While you're wheeling and dealing they have a nice play center for your children. I think they treated us with more respect than many other dealers we went to, and we ended up coming back a few weeks later to make a deal. If you go with Mitsubishi financing make sure you sign up for the auto-pay right away. We ran into a problem when an echeck was posted to some else's account and working with Mitsubishi customer service with that situation was very unpleasant.
PROS: willing to deal, treat you well, play center for kids
CONS: buying a new car is always stressful
