Dependable Staffing Services

I worked for this place for about three months. They hired me to work with a kid at a high school in phoenix which was ok but the things i saw go on there was crazy. there was everything from drugs, sex, stealing, and fighting. I witnessed the staff there buy and sell drugs to the students which were special ed kids. One time i saw a girl pull out a dime bag for one of the staff and gave it to her in front of everybody. I also witnessed staff having sexual relationships not only with each other but with the students. I also witnessed the staff leaving the site early and still put the full eight hours on their timesheet. Did the dependable care of course not . all they care about is gettin paid. they didnt care that the staff were a bunch of thugs, potheads, drunks, sexfiends, and cheaters. And to top it all off i got screwed out of my last check because they claimed i didnt turn in my notes which was only one piece of paper which i did turn in on time. But i knew what kind of people i was dealing with so it didnt really shock me at all. these people are at the heart of phoenix and it is plain to see why there are so many problems with drugs, child abuse, and good old fashioned crime in that area. the people at dependable are very good at talking professional but are the most shady people you would ever meet.
