I wish we had read these reviews before we chose this company to replace a patio roof. Workmanship was extremely shoddy. They split beams and were going to leave it before we caught it. The roof leaks after 3 weeks. Company says they will come out to repair it, but they never call and keep us hanging. This is their last remark to us, "we haven't forgotten about you. We'll see you before the next rain." This is going on four months of waiting for them to repair the leak. Administrative staff nasty when you ask them when they're going to come out and fix it. Buyer beware. If you're looking for a roofer, do yourself a favor and move on to the next company. This was, hands down, the worst experience we have had with a company we thought were professionals.

Unfortunately I ended up with a roof under warranty with C&N Roofing on a house I purchased. The first leak they came out and did a temporary/quick fix. When the leak in the same place became a problem again I could barely get them to call me back(no customer service with this company). Once they did call back they told me that they would send someone out the following day and provided the cell number of the person coming out to fix the roof. The day arrived and I called the cell at noon to get an idea of when he might be out-no call back. Made another call at 2:00 begging to find out when he would be out as I had to sit at home waiting for them-no call back. It wasn't until two days later I received a call and I wasn't about to waste any more time with this company(warranty or not). I think it's safe to say that if I can't even trust them to honor their roof warranty I will never use this company again and will tell anyone I know to stay away from C&N Roofing

This company arrives late, does not keep to a promised time line. They are uncooperative, they will promise everything under the sun and have no intention of keeping their promises. They underbid and add on later and everything that is done is claimed to be someone else's fault. No one accepts responsibility or cares if a customer is happy. When you express concern or that you are unhappy no one will call you back. The work done was ok work nothing special and they leave the job site a mess. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Cons: liars, messy, uncooperative price gougers (not the bid the final price)
